      以275/70R22.5 RT606全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件TYABAS和Abaqus建立轮胎侧偏特性分析有限元模型,并研究不同负荷的稳态滚动条件下,侧向力和回正力矩随侧偏角的变化规律。结果表明:在单一垂直负荷下,随着侧偏角的增大,侧向力的绝对值逐渐增大,当侧偏角为-5°和5°时,回正力矩分别达到极小值和极大值;在同一侧偏角下,随着负荷的增大,侧向力的绝对值逐渐增大。侧偏刚度仿真结果与试验结果一致,验证了仿真分析方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Taking 275/70R22.5 RT606 truck and bus radial tire as the research object,the finite element model of cornering characteristics was established by using the finite element analysis software TYABAS and Abaqus,and the regularity of lateral force and aligning torque changing with the side slip angle under the condition of steady rolling and different loads was studied.The results showed that,under the single vertical load,the absolute value of the lateral force increased with the increasing of the side slip angle.When the side slip angle was -5° and 5°,the aligning torque reached the minimum and maximum respectively.Uuder the single side slip angle,the absolute value of the lateral force increased with the increasing of the load.The simulation results were consistent with the test results,which verified the effectiveness of the simulation analysis method.
