      回顾汽车轮胎(轮胎)六分力测试技术和汽车轮胎模型及预测研究的发展,介绍和评述了轮胎六分力的建模方法和预测机理,总结了轮胎六分力特性预测的核心问题和发展方向。不同负荷条件下的轮胎纯侧偏或纯纵滑六分力特性预测,以及基于纯工况试验数据预测复合滑移特性已经取得一些研究成果,但模型预测范围和精度均有待提升;具有预测能力的轮胎模型可减少试验量,在产品开发效率和成本控制上均具有应用前景;高精度、高计算效率和低成本、短周期,以及可反映设计参数变化的轮胎模型研究是模型发展的重要方向。
英文摘要:
      This paper reviewed the development of automobile tire(tire) force and moment test technology,tire model and prediction research,introduced and reviewed the modeling method and prediction mechanism of tire force and moment,and summarized the core problems and development direction of tire force and moment characteristic prediction.The prediction of pure side slip or pure longitudinal slip force and moment characteristics under different load conditions,and the prediction of combined slip characteristics based on pure slip conditions test data had achieved some research results,but the prediction range and accuracy of the model need to be improved.The tire model with prediction ability could reduce the amount of test,and had application prospects in product development efficiency and cost control.High precision and high calculation efficiency research on tire model with low cost,short cycle and reflecting the change of design parameters was an important direction of model development.
