      研究白炭黑分散剂对轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶加工性能、物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:白炭黑分散剂可改善白炭黑在胶料中的分散性,降低胶料的门尼粘度,显著提高加工性能;添加白炭黑分散剂的硫化胶硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度减小,拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和回弹值增大,压缩生热降低,胶料的抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The effect of silica dispersant on the processing property,physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of passenger car radial tire tread compound was studied.The results showed that,the silica dispersant could improve the dispersibility of silica in compound,reduce the Mooney viscosity of compound,significantly improve the processing property.The hardness,modulus and tensile strength of vulcanizate with silica dispersant was decreased,the elongation at break,tear strength and resilience value increased,and the compression heat generation was decreased,the wet skid resistance of compound was improved and the rolling resistance was decreased.
