      研究钢丝镀层铁基表面锌钴的扩散机理。结果表明:对于铁基钴-锌镀层钢丝,当扩散温度低于锌的熔点时,锌向钴和铁基体中扩散,在镀层外侧形成钴-锌合金,内侧形成铁-锌合金,一旦钴-锌合金形成后,钴不参与后续扩散;在扩散温度高于锌的熔点时,钴和铁向锌液中扩散,锌与铁优先反应形成铁-锌合金,随着扩散时间的延长,钴扩散到铁-锌合金中,形成Fe(Co)Zn13。对于铁基锌-钴镀层钢丝,当扩散温度低于锌的熔点时,其扩散结果与铁基钴-锌镀层钢丝高于锌的熔点时的扩散结果相同,但最初的扩散过程不同。
英文摘要:
      The diffusion mechanism of iron matrix surface zinc and cobalt of steel coating was studied.The results showed that,for iron matrix cobalt-zinc coated steel,when the diffusion temperature was lower than the melting point of zinc,zinc diffused into the cobalt and iron matrix,forming a cobalt-zinc alloy on the outside of the coating and an iron-zinc alloy inside the coating.After the cobalt-zinc alloy was formed,cobalt did not participate in subsequent diffusion.When the diffusion temperature was higher than the melting point of zinc,cobalt and iron diffused into the zinc solution,and zinc and iron preferentially reacted to form an iron-zinc alloy.With the extension of the diffusion time,cobalt diffusion into iron-zinc alloy to form Fe(Co)Zn13.For iron matrix zinc-cobalt coated steel,when the diffusion temperature was lower than the melting point of zinc,the diffusion results was the same as that of iron matrix cobalt-zinc coated steel when diffusion temperature was higher than the melting point of zinc,but the initial diffusion process was different.
