      研究双末端基改性溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBRSE3231)和单末端基改性溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBRSOL5130H)在全天候轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:SSBRSE3231胶料的门尼粘度较大,硫化胶的耐磨性能较好,白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性较好;SSBRSOL5130H硫化胶的抗湿滑性能和雪地抓着性能略好,滚动阻力稍大;采用SSBRSE3231和SSBRSOL5130H胶料试制的成品轮胎均符合国家安全标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of double end-group modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBRSE3231) and single end-group modified(SSBRSOL5130H) in tread compound of all-season tire was investigated.The results showed that,the Mooney viscosity of SSBRSE3231 compound was bigger,the wear resistance of vulcanizate was better,and the dispersion of silica in rubber matrix was better.The wet skid resistance and snow grip performance of SSBRSOL5130H vulcanizate were better,but the rolling resistance was slightly bigger.The finished tires manufactured with SSBRSE3231 and SSBRSOL5130H compound met the requirements of national safety standards.
