      试验研究笼形低聚倍半硅氧烷在轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在白炭黑配方体系中加入3份笼形低聚倍半硅氧烷,可改善胶料的混炼和加工性能;硫化胶的硬度降低,有利于降低轮胎噪声,100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力和拉伸强度基本不变,拉断伸长率和耐磨性能明显提高;轮胎的抗湿滑性能提高27%,冬季牵引性能和滚动阻力性能略有提高,干地牵引性能基本不变。
英文摘要:
      The application of the polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane with cage type structure in passenger car tire tread compound was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,adding 3 phr the polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane in the silica formula could improve the mixing and processing properties of compound,reduce the hardness of vulcanizate to be beneficial to lower tire noise,with little change for modulus at 100% elongation,modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength,increase the elongation at break and abrasion resistance obviously,improve the wet skid resistance of tire by 27%,and increase the winter traction and rolling resistance performance slightly,with the basically equivalent dry traction performance.
