      以235/65R17 108H轿车轮胎为研究对象,从胎面胶配方、结构设计和磨合里程方面对轮胎干地制动性能进行研究。结果表明,对轮胎干地制动性能影响最大的因素为胎面胶配方。轮胎干地制动性能最优的方案为:胎面胶配方生胶体系使用溶聚丁苯橡胶,填充体系使用高结构度的炭黑,并加入抗湿滑树脂;带束层角度为26°,冠带层采用一层平铺结构;轮胎磨合里程为300 km。
英文摘要:
      Taking 235/65R17 108H passenger car tire as an researching object,the effects of tread compound formula,structure design and running-in mileage on dry ground braking performance of tire were studied.The results showed that the tread compound formula had the greatest influence on the dry ground braking performance of tire.The optimum scheme of tire dry ground braking performance was as follows:in the tread compound formula,the rubber system used soluble styrene-butadiene rubber,the filling system used high structural carbon black,and wet-skid resistant resin was added;the angle of belt was 26°,the crown ply used one ply spreading structure;the running-in mileage of tire was 300 km.
