      研究全钢载重子午线轮胎制造过程中半成品部件尺寸对称性、成型工艺波动和硫化工艺变化对轮胎锥度效应的影响。结果表明:胎面、胎侧和胎肩垫胶挤出尺寸对称性对轮胎锥度效应影响不大;胎面贴合接头搭接量、胎坯补薄胶片和胎面传递位置对轮胎锥度效应影响较大,其中成型过程中胎面复合件传递偏移的影响最大。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the half component size symmetry,building process fluctuation and cruing process variation during tire manufacturing process on the conicity effect of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,the symmetry of extrusion dimension of tread,sidewall and shoulder pad had little effect on tire conicity effect.The overlap length of tread applying joint,applying thin ruber sheet on the green tire and tread passing site had siginificant effect on tire conicity effect,and among of them,the effect of tread complex parts passing abnormality during building process was the greatest.
