      研究电子束辐照预硫化工艺对全钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶性能的影响。结果表明,全钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶片经电子束辐照后,生胶强力和门尼粘度均有不同程度的提高,胶料的硫化速度和硫化胶的力学性能及胶片剥离力基本不变,钢丝抽出力有一定程度的下降,成品轮胎的过渡层渗胶情况得到改善。
英文摘要:
      The effect of electron beam irradiation prevulcanization process on the properties of transition compound for all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that after electron beam irradiation,the strength and Mooney viscosity of compound were improved,curing speed of compound,mechanical properties of vulcanizates and the film peeling force changed little,steel pull-out force reduced to a certain extent,and the adhesive property of transition layer of the finished tire could be improved.
