轮胎有限元仿真接地印痕边缘提取程序设计

      以245/50R18半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,基于拉格朗日线性插值理论,利用Python程序语言进行轮胎力学仿真分析结果后处理程序的开发,提取轮胎有限元仿真的接地压力和接地印痕边缘等相关分析数据,输出为花纹性能分析(Pattern Performance Analysis,PPA)软件所需要的XML印痕文件,实现了轮胎力学有限元分析与轮胎花纹性能分析的数据集成。
英文摘要:
      Taking 245/50R18 steel-belted radial tire as researching object,the post-processing program of tire mechanics simulation results was developed by Python language based on Lagrange linear interpolation theory.The relevant data of the tire finite element analysis were extracted,such as the contact pressure,footprint profile and so on.The output file was XML file that was what Pattern Performance Analysis software needed,which could realize the data integration of tire mechanics finite element analysis and tire pattern performance analysis.
