      利用CATIA软件的三维设计功能完成块状花纹轮胎的三维造型,同时利用其强大的体积求解功能求解出轮胎各部件的体积,然后根据橡胶的不可压缩性,通过分割重组等方法较为精确地计算出轮胎施工半成品的结构和尺寸,可克服通过AutoCAD进行轮胎体积估算误差较大的缺点。
英文摘要:
      The 3D modeling of block pattern tire was finished by using the function of 3D design of CATIA software,and the volume of tire’s parts was provided utilizing its strong volume calculating function. Then according to the incompression of rubber,the construction and size of tire’s semi-finished goods were calculated more accurately by the ways of segmentation and recombination,and so on,which could overcome the disadvantage of larger volume estimation error through AutoCAD software.
