| 介绍全天候轮胎的研发情况。开发的Z-401B花纹全天候轮胎的胎面采用单导向花纹，并配直行和弯折错位分布的密集型刀槽花纹；胎面胶采用高顺式顺丁橡胶、高苯乙烯含量乳聚丁苯橡胶和新型改性溶聚丁苯橡胶并用，补强体系采用高结构炭黑与高分散性白炭黑并用；轮胎的接地印痕接近矩形。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎符合现有生产工艺要求，已经通过欧盟最新R117法规认证，部分雪地性能达到国际领先水平，操纵性能和稳定性能表现优异。 |

| The research and development of all-season tire were introduced.The developed Z-401B pattern all-season tire tread adopted single oriented pattern and dense sipes with straight and bending dislocation distribution，and high cis-BR/high styrene content emulsion SBR/new modified solution SBR was for the tread compound with the reinforcement system of high structure carbon black/high dispersive silica.The foot print of tire was close to rectangle.The test results of finished tire showed that the tire met the requirements of the existing production process，had passed the latest EU R117 certification，some of the snow performances had reached the international leading level，and the handling performance and stability were excellent. |
