中文摘要:
      研究自修复材料(SSR胶料)在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:将本征型自修复高分子材料SSR胶料喷涂于轮胎胎里,轮胎的动平衡性能优于未喷涂SSR胶料的轮胎;喷涂SSR胶料后,轮胎驶过无螺纹钢钉板和螺纹钢钉后充气压力保持率均在99.4%以上,驶过三角形刀板后也可保持一定的充气压力,SSR胶料的自修复功能满足使用要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of self-healing materials(SSR compound) in truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that the dynamic balance performance of the tire sprayed with the intrinsic self-healing polymer material,namely SSR compound on the inner surface was better than that of the tire unsprayed with SSR compound.After sprayed with the SSR compound,the inflation pressure retention rate of tire after passed through the unthreaded steel nail plate and threaded steel nail was above 99.4%,and a certain inflation pressure could also be maintained after passed through the triangular knife plate.The self-healing function of SSR compound met the tire requirements.
