| 在智能化浪潮下，制造业生产模式开始由批量化生产向大规模定制转型，智能技术已经赋能轮胎行业转型升级，并赋予我国轮胎装备实现飞跃的新机遇。轮胎装备智能化发展的途径主要包括：在物理系统层面提升轮胎装备的可靠性及品质；在新一代信息技术应用方面充分做好大数据的收集和分析，利用大数据驱动智能控制和过程优化；坚持以人为核心，减少人对轮胎生产关键环节的非必要影响；转变产品交互方式，加强人与设备的智能交互。软控股份有限公司的装备智能化实践进展良好，未来轮胎装备智能化实践需要更多企业参与，争取实现更大的发展。 |

| In the wave of intelligence，the manufacturing mode of production had begun to transform from mass production to mass customization.Intelligent technology had enabled the transformation and upgrading of tire industry，and given new opportunities for tire equipment in China to achieve leap forward.The main approaches to the intelligent development of tire equipment were as follows：improving the reliability and quality of tire equipment at the level of physical system，fully collecting and analyzing big data in the application of new generation information technology，using big data to drive intelligent control and process optimization，adhering to the human centered approach to reduce the unnecessary influence of human on the key links of tire production，and transforming product interaction to strengthen the intelligent interaction between human and equipment.The practice of intelligent of tire equipment had made good progress in MESNAC Co.，Ltd，In the future，the intelligent practice of tire equipment will need more enterprises to participate and strive for greater development. |
