      介绍国内外在非充气轮胎领域的前沿性探索。国外轮胎与轮辋一体化轮胎、放射螺旋网状结构轮胎、蜂窝状 轮胎和国内负泊松比结构轮胎、3D打印聚氨酯轮胎等非充气轮胎具有节能环保、安全性能高、滚动阻力低、可模块化设计 等优势,但也存在噪声、温升和疲劳破坏等方面不足。提出了结构与材料的优化匹配将是未来非充气轮胎的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      The frontier exploration in the field of non pneumatic tire was described. Foreign non- inflatable tires such as tire and rim integrated tires,radial spiral mesh tires,honeycomb tires and domestic non-pneumatic tires such as negative Poisson""s ratio tires and 3D printed polyurethane tires,etc. They all have the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,high safety performance,low rolling resistance and modular design,however they also have the disadvantages of noise,temperature rise and fatigue damage. It is pointed out that the optimal matching of structure and material will be the development trend of non-inflatable tire in the future.
