      介绍33×12-20(7.50)SAS实心轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 852 mm,断面宽 295 mm,行驶面宽度 282 mm,行驶面弧度高 15 mm,胎圈着合直径 503 mm,胎圈着合宽度 195 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.879 1,采用有向牵引型大块横向花纹,花纹深度 40 mm,花纹周节数 20,花纹饱和度 51%。施工设计:胎面采用先进的三段式结构,开炼机自动缠绕方式成型,平板式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的成品外缘尺寸、静负荷性能、物理性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 33×12-20(7.50)SAS solid tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 852 mm,cross-sectional width 295 mm,width of running surface 282 mm,arc height of running surface 15 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 503 mm,bead width at rim seat 195 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.879 1,directional traction large block transverse tread pattern,pattern depth 40 mm,number of pattern pitches 20,and block/total ratio 51%.In the construction design,advanced three-layer structure for tread,using open mill automatic winding molding to bulid tires,platen press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the peripheral dimension,static load performance,physical properties and endurance met the requirements of national standards.
