      轮胎等橡胶制品由于配方中存在多种配合剂,在橡胶硫化以后,配方中的某些组分会逐步迁移到胎面、胎侧表面部位导致泛蓝、发乌等现象,尤其是在轮胎存放3个月后影响橡胶制品外观。外观改良剂能有效延缓迁移物的迁出,保持橡胶制品的初始外观,亦能提高填料在橡胶中的分散,提高混炼胶的流动性,减少橡胶制品因流动不足产生的外观缺陷。公司现正在胎侧胶料中进行外观改良剂试验。
