      介绍225/75R17.5 14PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 783mm、断面宽 226mm、行驶面宽 180mm、行驶面弧度高 6mm 、胎圈着合直径 442mm、胎圈着合宽度 184mm、断面水平轴(H1/H2) 0.942;变节距花纹设计,花纹周节数为72,花纹深度为13mm,花纹饱和度为72.5%。通过轮胎有限元分析受力分析确定了轮胎材料分布;同时对施工成型方法及硫化工艺进行了说明。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、均符合相应设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 225 / 75R17.5 14PR all-steel radial truck tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 783mm, cross sectional width 226mm, width of running surface 180mm, height of running surface 6mm, bead diameter at rim seat 442mm, bead width at rim seat 184mm, cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 0.942. Variable pitch pattern design, the total number of pitches 72, pattern depth 13mm, block/groove ratio 72.5%. The material distribution and construction parameters of the tire were determined by FEA Stress analysis; at the same time, molding and curing process were described. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of the relative design and standard.#$NL Keywords: truck and bus radial tire; tubeless; structure design; construction design
