补强剂填充HNBR胶料的结构和性能

摘要:试验研究常规补强剂(炭黑、白炭黑)、蒙脱土(原土、有机蒙脱土)和不饱和羧酸盐(甲基丙烯酸锌、甲基丙烯酸镁)三类补强剂对氢化丁腈橡胶胶料物理性能和热空气老化性能的影响,并用扫描电镜、透射电镜和热重分析等方法对其微观结构进行表征。结果表明,常规补强剂分散均匀,胶料有较好的物理性能,但耐热空气老化性能差;不饱和羧酸盐在橡胶基体中发生交联接枝反应,补强效果最佳,胶料耐热空气老化性能明显提高;有机改性后的蒙脱土分散性和胶料的物理性能大幅度提高,耐热空气老化性能优异。

Structure and properties of HNBR compounds reinforced by reinforcing agents

Abstract:The effects of conventional reinforcing agents(carbon black and silica),montmorillonite(original and OMMT) and salts of unsaturated carboxylic acids(zinc methacrylate and magnesium methacrylate) on the physical properties and hot air aging property of HNBR compounds were investigated,and the microstructure was characterized by SEM,TEM and TGA.The results showed that the conventional reinforcing agents could be dispersed uniformly in rubber matrix,and provided better physical properties but poor air aging property;the reinforcement effect of salts of unsaturated carboxylic acids was the best because of the crosslinking grafted reaction in rubber matrix,and the air aging property increased obviously;the dispersion of MMT and physical properties of HNBR compounds were significantly enhanced by organic modification on MMT,and meanwhile,the composites had excellent hot air aging property.Keywords:HNBR;reinforcing agent;physical properties;hot air aging property

 

 

 

偶联剂Si69原位改性白炭黑对SSBR胶料性能的影响

摘要:研究偶联剂Si69原位改性白炭黑对SSBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,偶联剂Si69原位改性白炭黑可以降低SSBR混炼胶的门尼粘度,减弱混炼胶的Payne效应,改善混炼胶的加工性能;其在SSBR硫化胶中的分散度提高,且分散均匀,可以降低硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度,提高硫化胶的300%定伸应力。动态粘弹性能分析表明,偶联剂Si69原位改性白炭黑可降低60 ℃下、多次应变及大应变、宽频率范围内SSBR硫化胶的滞后损失。动态热力学分析表明,偶联剂Si69原位改性白炭黑可以提高SSBR硫化胶在0 ℃左右的损耗因子,从而提高胶料的抗湿滑性能。

Influence of insitu modification of silica with coupling agent Si69
on the properties of SSBR

Abstract:The influence of insitu modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 on the properties of solution SBR was investigated.The results showed that insitu modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 could decrease Mooney viscosity and Payne effect of SSBR compound,and improve its processing properties;the dispersion degree and uniformity of silica in SSBR vulcanizate were improved;Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate was decreased and stress at 300% elongation increased.RPA analysis indicated that insitu modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 could decrease tanδ of SSBR compound at the condition of 60 ℃,multiple strains and large strains and wide range of frequency.DTMA results showed that insitu modification of silica with coupling agent Si69 could increase tanδ of SSBR vulcanizate at 0 ℃,and thus increase the wet skid resistance of the composites.

载重子午线轮胎帘线受力有限元分析

摘要:基于ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件建立12.00R20载重子午线轮胎有限元模型,并分析轮胎在标准充气压力、不同载荷条件下静态加载时帘线受力变化的基本特征。结果表明,负荷对轮胎接地区域内帘线受力影响显著,带束层和胎体帘布层以接地影响区边缘为帘线受力变化的分界点;胎圈部位胎体帘线受力随载荷增大而减小的幅度很小,有利于减小胎体端部的应变。

Finite element analysis for cord force of TBR tire

Abstract:A FE model of 12.00R20 TBR tire was established with ABAQUS nonlinear FEA software,and the fundamental characteristics of cord force under rated inflation pressure and different load conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the distribution of cord force in the contact zone was affected significantly by load conditions,and the margin of the contact zone was where the cord force distribution of belt and carcass changed;and the carcass force decreased a little when the load increased,so it was propitious to decrease the strain at the end of carcass.Keywords:TBR tire;FE model;cord force
