镀层对钢丝帘线与橡胶粘合性能的影响

摘要:研究高铜镀层(铜质量分数为0.670)和低铜镀层(铜质量分数为0.635)钢丝帘线与橡胶的粘合性能。结果表明,高铜镀层钢丝帘线与橡胶的初始粘合性能较好,但其老化后粘合性能下降明显;只要胶料配方合理,低铜镀层钢丝帘线与橡胶的初始粘合性能可接近高铜镀层钢丝帘线,而其老化后粘合性能明显优于高铜镀层钢丝帘线。

Effect of plating on adhesion property between
steel cord and rubber

Abstract:The adhesion property between the cooper plating steel cord and rubber was investigated,where the plating contained high copper content (the mass fraction of copper was 0.670) or low copper content (the mass fraction of copper was 0.635).The results showed that the steel cord with high copper content possessed better initial adhesion property to rubber,but the adhesion property after aging decreased significantly;when formulation was optimized,the initial adhesion property between steel cord with low copper content and rubber was similar to that of high copper content,and the aged adhesion property was better.

斜交轮胎三维有限元建模方法

摘要:利用AutoCAD的强大功能实现便捷、高效的斜交轮胎几何建模与网格划分。借助AutoCAD中的VBA语言编写接口程序,实现从AutoCAD到Ansys之间图形信息的转换与传输。在Ansys中自动完成几何建模与网格划分。采用Ansys软件中的三维层单元建立三维有限元模型。经验证,建模方法合理、有效。

Threedimensional FE modeling method for bias tire

Abstract:Rapid and efficient geometric modeling and meshing was realized with AutoCAD.VBA language in AutoCAD was used to complete graphics information transform and transfer from AutoCAD to Ansys.Geometric modeling and meshing were automatically completed in Ansys software by using 3D layer element.The modeling method was proved to be reasonable and feasible.
