溶聚丁苯橡胶T2530基本性能的研究

摘要:探讨国产溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)T2530的基本性能。结果表明,与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)1712E和1712相比,SSBR生胶的重均相对分子质量略小,数均相对分子质量稍大,相对分子质量分布较窄,纯胶含量较高;混炼胶的门尼粘度较高,硫化速度较快,焦烧时间略有缩短,但加工工艺性能差别不大;硫化胶的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度略低(适当调整炭黑用量可使300%定伸应力达到ESBR的水平),弹性较好,滚动阻力较低。

Abstract:The basic properties of domestic SSBR T2530 were investigated.The results showed that when compared to ESBR1712E and 1712,SSBR T2530 possessed smaller weightaverage molecular weight(w),greater numberaverage molecular weight(n),narrower molecular weight distribution,and higher content of SSBR;its mix also possessed higher Mooney viscosity and vulcanization rate,shorter scorch time,and similar processing properties;its vulcanizate showed lower stress at 300% strain and tensile strength (but stress at 300% strain could be enhanced to the level of ESBR by adjusting the proportion of carbon black),better elasticity,and lower rolling resistance.

液体聚异戊二烯橡胶在轿车轮胎三角胶中的应用

摘要:研究液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)等量部分替代NR在轿车轮胎三角胶中的应用效果。结果表明,使用5份LIR等量部分替代NR可以在对胶料物理性能影响不大的情况下降低门尼粘度,提高炭黑分散性,节省混炼能耗,改善挤出、成型和粘合工艺性能,减少由于半成品挺性大造成的胎圈窝气现象,成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能基本不变。

Application of LIR in bead filler of PC tire

Abstract:The application of liquid isoprene rubber(LIR) partly replacing NR by equal weight in bead filler of PC tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using 5 phr LIR instead of NR by equal weight,the Mooney viscosity,the energy consumption and the bead blistering caused by the starched extrudate decreased;the dispersity of carbon black,the extrudability,the building processability and the adhesion property were improved;the endurance and speed performance of finished tire were similar.

芳纶环保轮胎的制造与性能研究

摘要:研究芳纶帘线在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,芳纶轮胎的外缘尺寸和强度均满足国家标准要求,与正常生产轮胎相比,芳纶轮胎的质量可减小10%,滚动阻力可降低10%以上,并具有优异的高速性能,满足绿色环保轮胎的要求。

Manufacture and properties of aramid green tire

Abstract:The application of aramid cord in PCR tire was investigated.The results showed that the overall dimensions and strength of aramid tire met the requirements in the national standard;the tire weight reduced by 10% and the rolling resistance was 10% lower than that of normal tire.The speed performance of the tire was very good,met the requirements for green tire.

填充剂Austin Black在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用

摘要:试验研究填充剂Austin Black和IIR再生胶在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层中的应用效果。结果表明,随着填充剂Austin Black用量的增大,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率有所降低,气密性明显提高;随着IIR再生胶用量的增大,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率略有下降,拉断永久变形稍有增大;添加10份填充剂Austin Black和30份IIR再生胶,硫化胶的气密性明显提高,其它物理性能变化不大,胶料的混炼和挤出工艺性能明显改善,成品轮胎性能良好。改进配方后,单胎成本降低约6.50元。

Abstract:The application of filler Austin Black and reclaimed IIR in inner liner compound of TBR tire was investigated.The test results showed that as the addition level of Austin Black increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizate decreased,the airtightness of vulcanizate improved;as the addition level of reclaimed IIR increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizate decreased slightly,set at break increased little;by using 10 phr Austin Black and 30 phr reclaimed IIR,the airtightness of vulcanizate was improved,and other physical properties changed little,the mixing property and extrudability were improved significantly,and the performances of tires were good.The modified formula reduced the cost of a tire by 6.50 yuan approximately.
