SIBR生胶门尼粘度对胶料性能的影响

摘要:研究不同门尼粘度的集成橡胶(SIBR)混炼胶和硫化胶的各项性能,并与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR1204)进行对比。结果表明,适当提高SIBR生胶的门尼粘度,可以在不影响胶料加工性能的前提下,提高混炼胶强度,同时硫化胶的物理性能和动态力学性能也普遍得到改善。高门尼粘度的SIBR综合性能较理想,与SSBR1204相比并无显著差异。

Effect of raw SIBR Mooney viscosity on properties of compound

Abstract:The effect of raw SIBR Mooney viscosity on the properties of mix and vulcanizate was investigated and compared to that of SSBR1204.The results showed that proper increase of the raw SIBR Mooney viscosity would not affect the processibility of compound,but the strength of mix increased,the physical properties and dynamic properties of vulcanizates were improved;the comprehensive properties of high Mooney viscosity SIBR were better,and similar to SSBR1204.

白炭黑175GR在载重轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究白炭黑175GR在载重轮胎胎面胶中的应用。回归分析试验结果表明, 白炭黑175GR与炭黑采用适当的比例并用,可使胎面胶压缩生热明显降低,抗撕裂性能和弹性显著提高,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率有所提高,抗屈挠龟裂性能有所改善。

Application of silica 175GR in tread of truck tire

Abstract:The application of silica 175GR in the tread of truck tire was investigated by regression design method.The results showed that the compression heat buildup of tread decreased remarkably by combining silica 175GR and carbon black with a proper blending ratio,and at the same time,the tear resistance and rebound resilience improved significantly,the tensile strength and elongation at break increased,while the flex crack resistance was also improved slightly.

工程机械轮胎胎面胶配方改进

摘要:对工程机械轮胎胎面胶配方进行改进,以提高胎面胶综合性能。结果表明,适当增大SBR的用量,以炭黑N231替代炭黑N220,并对配方其它体系进行微调,胎面胶抗崩花掉块和抗撕裂性能提高,更能适应恶劣的工作环境,轮胎使用寿命延长。

Modification of tread formula for OTR tire

Abstract:The tread formula of OTR tire was modified to improve the comprehensive properties.The results showed that as increasing additional level of SBR properly,using carbon black N231 instead of carbon black N220,and adjusting other systems of formula slightly,the tread compound possessed higher chunking,chipping and tear resistance,better adaptability to extreme service conditions,and the service time of tire extended.
