芳纶浆粕纤维对CR基质补强特性的研究

摘要:对比研究未处理芳纶浆粕和芳纶浆粕预分散体以及不同品种芳纶浆粕纤维补强CR复合材料的微观结构形态及芳纶浆粕纤维对CR基质的补强特性。结果表明,芳纶浆粕对基质橡胶补强潜力的发挥取决于超细纤维在基质橡胶中的分散均匀性、伸展性和取向性,芳纶浆粕纤维对基质橡胶在常温和高温下都具有很高的模量补强效率。

Study on the reinforcing characteristics of aramid pulp
ultrafine short fibers in CR matrix

Abstract:The microstructure morphology of the CR rubber composites reinforced by various types of aramid pulp,including untreated and pretreated aramid pulp,and the reinforcing characteristics of aramid pulp ultrafine short fibers on CR matrix were systematically and comparatively investigated.The results showed that the aramid pulp possessed unique ultrafine fibrils structure,the interfacial adhesion between the aramid pulp fiber and CR matrix was quite strong,and the reinforcing efficiency was decided by the dispersion,openness and orientation level of those ultrafine fibrils.Under the ambient and high temperature aramid pulp fibers provided the rubber matrix very high modulus.

MAA原位改性纳米碳酸钙对SBR胶料性能的影响

摘要:试验研究甲基丙烯酸(MAA)原位改性纳米碳酸钙对SBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,在纳米碳酸钙填充SBR胶料中加入MAA,胶料的硫化特性变化不大,硫化胶的物理性能明显提高;随着MAA用量的增大,SBR硫化胶的离子交联密度逐渐增大。扫描电镜分析表明,MAA的加入增强了纳米碳酸钙与SBR基体之间的相互作用。

Effect of nano-calcium carbonate insitu modified by MAA
on the properties of SBR compound

Abstract:The effect of nano-calcium carbonate insitu modified by MAA on the properties of SBR compound was experimentally investigated.The results showed that the curing behavior of SBR compound changed little by adding MAA,and the physical properties of SBR vulcanizate increased greatly;the ionic bond crosslinking density of SBR vulcanizate increased gradually as the addition level of MAA increased. It was found by SEM that the interaction between nanocalcium carbonate and SBR matrix was improved by MAA.

用改进的Herschel-Bulkley模型描述EPDM
胶料的流变行为

摘要:采用平行板旋转流变仪测定炭黑/碳酸钙填充EPDM胶料不同温度下的流变性能。应用时温叠加原理得到胶料的流变主曲线,选用修改后的HerschelBulkley模型拟合主曲线。结果表明,修改后的HerschelBulkley模型能够较好地描述不同牌号EPDM胶料的非线性流变行为,同时确定了一系列模型相关参数。

Description of rheological behavior of EPDM compound by
modified HerschelBulkley model

Abstract:The rheological behavior of EPDM compound filled with carbon black and calcium carbonate at different temperatures was determined by rotational rheometer with parallelplate geometry.The master flow curve of rubber compound was obtained by using the principle of timetemperature superposition,and was simulated by the modified HerschelBulkley model.The results showed that the nonlinear rheological behavior of different EPDM compounds could be well described by the modified HerschelBulkley model,and a series of model parameters were obtained.

基团贡献分析法在阻尼材料分子设计中的应用

摘要:通过核磁共振波谱分析SBR和NBR分子结构,应用基团贡献分析法预测表征材料能量损耗能力的AT值(损耗因子温度曲线下的面积)和玻璃化温度。结果表明,预测值与动态热力学分析仪所得的实测值有较好的一致性,为阻尼材料的分子设计提供了依据。
