蒙脱土/BR复合材料的结构和性能研究

摘要:采用熔融共混法制备蒙脱土(MMT)/BR复合材料,研究MMT及其改性产品和硫化体系对复合材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,NaMMT,DK1N和DK4均能明显缩短胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间;与硫化剂DCP硫化体系相比,硫黄硫化体系有利于有机蒙脱土插层的进行,但也可造成部分层片受限;制备过程对DK1N/BR复合材料中DK1N层间距的影响较为明显;与BR相比,硫黄硫化MMT/BR复合材料相对交联密度减小,硫化剂DCP硫化复合材料相对交联密度增大;MMT/BR复合材料相对交联密度由小到大顺序为DK1N/BR,DK4/BR和NaMMT/BR复合材料。

Structure and properties of montmorillonite/BR composite

Abstract:The effects of the montmorillonite(MMT) and its modified products,including NaMMT and organic montmorillonite(OMMT),as well as the curing system,on the structure and properties of MMT/BR composite prepared by melting mixing method,was investigated.The results showed that,the scorch time and optimum curing time of rubber compound reduced significantly by using NaMMT,DK1N OMMT and DK4 OMMT;compared to DCP curing system,sulfur curing system enhanced the intercalation of OMMT,but could cause confined space by part of the silicate layers;the preparation method had significant effect on the layer spacing of DK1N OMMT in the DK1N/BR composite;the relative crosslink density of sulfurcured MMT/BR composite decreased and that of DCPcured composite improved compared to that of BR;the relative crosslink density of MMT/BR composite was in the order of DK1N/BR<DK4/BR<NaMMT/BR.

TPU/EVA共混物混炼工艺的研究

摘要:采用转矩硫化仪考察填料种类和用量、混炼初始温度、混炼时间和转子转速对热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)共混物性能的影响。结果表明,与炭黑填充TPU/EVA共混物相比,白炭黑填充胶料的混炼效果和拉伸性能较好,白炭黑最佳用量为30份;TPU/EVA共混物的优化混炼条件为:混炼初始温度160 ℃,混炼时间10~15 min,转子转速45 r·min-1。

Study on mixing procedure of TPU/EVA blend

Abstract:The influence of filler type,filler level,the initial mixing temperature,mixing time and rotor speed on the properties of TPU/EVA blend was investigated by using a torque rheometer.It was shown that,compared to TPU/EVA blend filled with carbon black,TPU/EVA blend filled with silica possessed better mixing effect and higher tensile properties,and the optimal silica level was 30 phr;the optimized mixing conditions of TPU/EVA blend were as follows:initial mixing temperature at 160 ℃,mixing time of 10~15 min,and rotor speed at 45 r·min-1.

芳纶纤维与表面处理层界面粘合机理研究

摘要:用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子能谱仪(XPS)研究芳纶纤维与表面处理层界面粘合机理。结果表明,采用封闭异氰酸酯以及RFL胶乳体系浸渍处理后的芳纶纤维表面增加了一种新的结合碳,而且其它碳的结合能向高能方向移动,纤维表面处理层的氮原子所占比例增大,提高了芳纶纤维的表面活性。

Adhesion mechanism of aramid fibre/coating interface

Abstract:The adhesion mechanism of aramid fibre/coating interface was investigated by scanning electron microscope and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that a new combined carbon appeared on the surface of aramid fibre when it was treated with blocked isocyanate and resorcinolformaldehydelatex,and the binding energy of the other combined carbon shifted to a higher value,the proportion of nitrogen increased,and the surface activity of aramid fibre was improved.
