ALSR/OMMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:采用原位聚合法制备加成型液体硅橡胶(ALSR)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,经改性的OMMT的层间距是钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)的1.4~3.6倍;OMMT质量分数为0.01时,ALSR/OMMT纳米复合材料的物理性能和热稳定性较好,OMMT的剥离程度较大,基本以纳米尺度的剥离片层分散在ALSR基体中。

Preparation and properties of ALSR/OMMT nanocomposites

Abstract:The additiontype liquid silicone rubber(ALSR)/organomontmorillonite(OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization,and their structure and properties were investigated.The results showed that the distance between the layers of OMMT was 1.4~3.6 times as that of NaMMT;and when 1% OMMT by mass was used,an ALSR/OMMT nanocomposite with better physical properties and thermal stability was obtained;in the ALSR/OMMT nanocomposite more OMMT was exfoliated,and most of OMMT was dispersed in exfoliated nano dimension layers in ALSR.

碱活化改性高岭土/NR复合材料的结构和性能研究

摘要:采用凝聚共沉法制备碱活化改性高岭土/NR复合材料,并对其物理性能和微观结构进行研究。结果表明,高岭土改性时间为3 d、改性高岭土与天然胶乳混合温度为45 ℃、改性高岭土用量为40份时,碱活化改性高岭土/NR复合材料的综合物理性能较好;改性高岭土在NR基体中发生了定向排列,基本上以面-面平行状态均匀分散,大部分高岭土以厚度为25~75 nm的层叠形式平行分布在NR基体中;改性高岭土与NR基体间形成过渡层。

Study on structure and properties of alkalineactivated 
kaolinite/NR composite

Abstract:An alkalineactivated kaolinite/NR composite was prepared by coprecipitation of NR latex with modified kaolinite and the physical properties and structure were investigated.The results showed that when the modification time of kaolinite was 3 days,the blending temperature of modified kaolinite with NR latex was 45 ℃,and the addition level of modified kaolinite was 40 phr,the alkalineactivated kaolinite/NR composite possessed better comprehensive physical properties and the modified kaolinite was uniformly dispersed and orientationally arranged in rubber matrix,mostly with the thickness of 25~75 nm and parallel by facetoface arrangement,and transition layer was formed between modified kaolinite and rubber matrix.

短纤维/CR复合材料的性能研究

摘要:试验研究短纤维种类和用量对短纤维/CR复合材料物理性能和耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明,随着短纤维用量的增大,复合材料的邵尔A型硬度、20%定伸应力和撕裂强度呈上升趋势,拉伸强度先减小后增大,拉断伸长率先减小后趋于平稳;各类短纤维的加入不同程度地提高了复合材料的耐热老化性能,其中锦纶短纤维/CR复合材料的耐热老化性能最好。

Study on properties of short fibre/CR composite

Abstract:The effect of the sorts and addition level of short fibre on the physical properties and thermal aging property of short fibre/CR composite was investigated.The results showed that the Shore A hardness,modulus at 20% elongation and tear strength tended to increase,the tensile strength decreased at first and then increased,the elongation at break decreased at first and then stayed steady as the addition level of short fibre increased;the thermal aging property of the composite was improved in different degree by adding different sorts of short fibre,the thermal aging property of nylon short fibre/CR composite was the best.
