高气体阻隔性ECO/OMMT纳米复合材料的性能研究

摘要:采用熔体共混方法制备氯醚橡胶(ECO)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,研究其微观结构、拉伸性能和气体阻隔性能。结果表明,即使在OMMT用量较大(100份)的情况下,ECO/OMMT纳米复合材料仍能够形成插层结构;在OMMT用量较大的情况下,ECO/OMMT纳米复合材料中OMMT聚集形成刚性很强的填料网络,使复合材料的应力应变行为趋向于塑料和短纤维补强橡胶复合材料,同时绝大多数橡胶大分子链被分隔在OMMT片层之间,显著提高了材料的气体阻隔性能。

Properties of ECO/OMMT nanocomposites with good airtightness

Abstract:The epichlorohydrin copolymer(ECO)/organomontmorillonite(OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending and their microstructure,tensile strength and airtightness were investigated.The results showed that the ECO/OMMT nanocomposites could form intercalated structure even at a high level of OMMT(100 phr);with high level of OMMT,the stressstrain behavior of composites tended toward that of plastic and short fibre filled rubber composites because of the high rigidity filler network formed by aggregate OMMT in ECO/OMMT nanocomposites,and in addition,the airtightness of composites was improved significantly as most of large molecular chains of rubber were intercalated into OMMT layers.

动态硫化TPNR物理性能的研究

摘要:研究树脂品种、橡塑共混比及白炭黑用量对动态硫化热塑性天然橡胶(TPNR)物理性能的影响。结果表明,与采用聚丙烯(PP)或线形低密度聚乙烯制备的TPNR相比,采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制备的TPNR综合物理性能较好;当NR/HDPE共混比为60/40、白炭黑用量为24份时,动态硫化TPNR具有优异的物理性能。在硬度接近的条件下,采用HDPE制备的TPNR综合物理性能优于采用PP制备的商品TPNR。

Physical properties of dynamically vulcanized TPNR

Abstract:The influences of the type of resin,the blending ratio of rubber/resin,and the addition level of silica on the physical properties of dynamically vulcanized TPNR were investigated.The results showed that the TPNR prepared by HDPE had better comprehensive physical properties than those by PP or LLDPE;the TPNR possessed excellent physical properties when the blending ratio of NR/HDPE was 60/40,and the addition level of silica was 24 phr;the TPNR(NR/HDPE) had better comprehensive physical properties compared to the commerical TPNR prepared by PP when the hardness was similar.

压电IIR阻尼性能的研究

摘要:探讨填充锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷粉和乙炔炭黑的压电IIR阻尼性能。结果表明,随着乙炔炭黑和PZT压电陶瓷粉用量增大,压电IIR的损耗因子先增大后减小;随着极化温度和电压升高、时间延长,压电IIR的损耗因子先增大后趋于稳定。制备压电IIR的优化条件是:乙炔炭黑和PZT压电陶瓷粉用量分别为8和80份,极化温度、电压和时间分别为80 ℃,55 kV和35 min。

Damping property of piezoelectric IIR

Abstract:The damping property of piezoelectric IIR filled with PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder and acetylene black was investigated.The results showed that tanδ of piezoelectric IIR increased at first,and then decreased with the increase of the addition level of PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder.Tanδ of the material increased in the beginning,and kept stable as the polarized temperature rose,polarized voltage increased and time extended.The optimized conditions for preparing piezoelectric IIR were as follows:acetylene black8 phr,PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder80 phr,polarized temperature80 ℃,polarized voltage55 kV,time35 min.
