EPDM/PA硫化共混物力学行为的模拟

摘要:采用Rivlin模型对EPDM/聚酰胺(PA)硫化共混物的单轴拉伸力学行为进行模拟。结果表明,2个参数的Rivlin模型可以较好地描述PA用量不超过30份时EPDM/PA静态硫化共混物的应力应变行为;3和5个参数的Rivlin模型在PA试验用量范围内对静态硫化共混物的拟合效果很好。3个参数的Rivlin模型可以很好地描述EPDM/PA动态硫化共混物的应力应变行为,但PA用量过大时,EPDM/PA动态硫化共混物显示出明显的塑料特征,拟合曲线与试验数据有所偏离。

Simulation of mechanical behaviour of vulcanized EPDM/PA blends

Abstract:The uniaxial extension behaviour of vulcanized EPDM/polyamide(PA) blends was simulated with Rivlin model.The results showed that the Rivlin model with two parameters could be used to describe the stressstrain behaviour of statically vulcanized EPDM/PA blends with the addition level of PA up to 30 phr;the Rivlin models with three and five parameters gave good fit of statically vulcanized EPDM/PA blends with the addition level of PA used in the test;and the Rivlin model with three parameters could be used to describe the stressstrain behaviour of dynamically vulcanized EPDM/PA,but as the addition level of PA increased over a certain level,the dynamically vulcanized EPDM/PA blends would show the remarkable plastic characteristics and their fit curves would deviate from the test data.

胶粉/高密度聚乙烯热塑性弹性体的性能研究

摘要:制备胶粉/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)热塑性弹性体(TPE),并研究其性能。结果表明,混炼温度从150 ℃提高到200 ℃时,胶粉/HDPE TPE的强伸性能降幅较大,但流变性能较好,且挤出物表观质量较好,混炼温度以150 ℃为宜;胶粉改性时过辊次数增加可使其粒径进一步减小,从而提高改性胶粉/HDPE TPE的物理性能,但过辊次数增至一定程度时会使胶粉分子链降解,致使改性胶粉/HDPE TPE的物理性能降低;胶粉/HDPE TPE的返炼性能良好。

Properties of crumb rubber/HDPE thermoplastic elastomer

Abstract:A crumb rubber/HDPE thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) was prepared and its properties were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength of crumb rubber/HDPE TPE decreased significantly,but its rheological property and appearance quality of its extrudate improved by increasing the mixing temperature from 150 ℃ to 200 ℃,and the most suitable mixing temperature was 150 ℃;the increase of mill runs during modification of crumb rubber would make the particle size of crumb rubber finer resulting in the improved physical properties of modified crumb rubber/HDPE TPE,but as the mill runs increased over a certain level,the molecular chains of crumb rubber would break down resulting in poorer physical properties of modified crumb rubber/HDPE TPE;and the modified crumb rubber/HDPE TPE had good remillability.

热塑性弹性体热寿命和热降解动力学研究

摘要:用热重分析法研究苯乙烯二烯烃苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SIS,SBS和SI/BS)的热降解动力学及热寿命。结果表明,SIS,SBS和SI/BS在氮气气氛下的起始热降解温度分别为499.8,630.2和582.9 K,SBS的热稳定性高于SIS和SI/BS;SIS的热降解属扩散过程控制机理,SBS和SI/BS属随机成核和随后生长过程控制机理,SIS,SBS和SI/BS的热降解反应活化能分别为196.8,298.3和349.9 kJ·mol-1;SIS,SI/BS和SBS的热寿命依次延长。

Thermal lifetime and degradation kinetics of TPEs

Abstract:The thermal lifetime and degradation kinetics of styrenedienestyrene triblock copolymers(SIS,SBS and SI/BS) were investigated by thermogravimetry.The results showed that the initial thermal degradation temperatures of SIS,SBS and SI/BS at nitrogen atmosphere were 499.8,630.2 and 582.9 K respectively indicating that the thermal stability of SBS was better than those of SIS and SI/BS;the diffusion process was predominant during the thermal degradation of SIS,the random nucleation and then growth process was predominant during the thermal degradations of SBS and SI/BS,and the activation energies of thermal degradations for SIS,SBS and SI/BS were 196.8,298.3 and 349.9 kJ·mol-1 respectively;and the order of thermal lifetimes was SIS>SI/BS>SBS.
