新型芳纶浆粕短纤维补强CR复合材料结构与性能的研究

摘要:采用芳纶浆粕预处理方法专利技术对芳纶浆粕超细短纤维表面进行改性处理,制备在橡胶基质中纤维分散性良好的芳纶浆粕预分散体。通过对未处理芳纶浆粕和芳纶浆粕预分散体补强CR复合材料宏观性能和微观结构形态关系的对比研究,证实该专利技术的可行性,同时探讨了纤维状硅酸盐作为填料对芳纶浆粕纤维和芳纶短纤维补强CR复合材料物理性能的影响。

Abstract:An aramid pulp(AP) predispersion with short fibre welldispersed in rubber matrix was prepared by modifying the surface of the AP superfine short fibre with the proprietary AP pretreating technology.The feasibility of the proprietary technology was confirmed by comparing the relationship between macroproperties and micromorphology of untreated AP/CR composite to that of AP predispersion/CR composite,and the influence of the fibrous silicate filler on the physical properties of AP or DCAF/CR composites was also investigated.

炭黑对子午线轮胎胎面胶导热特性的影响

摘要:采用正交试验法研究炭黑N330,N339和N351用量对子午线轮胎胎面胶导热特性的影响。结果表明,3种炭黑对胶料导热系数的影响顺序由大到小为N351,N339,N330;炭黑N351/N339/N330的最佳用量比为35/35/20;胶料导热系数随同一系列炭黑粒径的增大而增大,并与温度具有较好的线性关系;胶料导热系数随炭黑总用量的增大呈上升趋势。

Influence of carbon black on heat conductivity of radial tire tread

Abstract:The influences of the black N330,N339 and N351 on the heat conductivity of radial tire tread were investigated with orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the influences of 3 types of carbon black on the heat conductivity of tread were in the order of N351>N339>N330;the optimum addition levels of black N351,N339 and N330 were 35,35 and 20 phr respectively;the heat conductivity of tread increased with the particle size of the same series black and quite linearly with the temperature;and the heat conductivity of tread increased with the total levels of carbon black.

发泡剂AC分解动力学研究

摘要:采用正交试验法进行发泡剂AC分解动力学研究。结果表明,发泡剂AC分解速率随温度升高而增大,分解活化能随发泡剂AC含量的增大而增大;橡胶体系中发泡剂AC在160 ℃分解速率最低,体系中发泡剂AC含量较小导致其分解活化能小于发泡剂AC/发泡助剂混合体系的分解活化能。

Kinetics of decomposition of blowing agent AC

Abstract:The kinetics of the decomposition of blowing agent AC was investigated with the orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the decomposing rate of blowing agent AC increased with the temperature and the activating energy for decomposition increased with the addition level of blowing agent AC;and the decomposing rate of blowing agent AC in rubber system at 160 ℃ was the lowest,and the lower addition level of blowing agent AC in rubber system resulted in a lower activating energy than that of blowing agent AC/secondary blowing agent blend.

MVQ海绵拉伸和压缩过程的SEM原位观察

摘要:利用扫描电子显微镜对甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)海绵拉伸和压缩过程进行原位观察。结果发现,MVQ海绵的微观结构表现为大泡孔内嵌套有众多小泡孔;拉伸时MVQ海绵微裂纹萌生于泡孔壁微缺陷处,裂纹扩展方向垂直于加载方向,随着拉伸应变的增大,裂纹变长变宽并与另一泡孔连通,形成许多大小不一且平行分布的沟槽;压缩时MVQ海绵泡孔主要发生两种破坏,一种是泡孔的变形使相邻泡孔之间的泡孔壁受到拉伸应力的作用而发生断裂,另一种是相邻泡孔之间的泡孔壁发生相互折叠。
