CR/PS互穿网络共混物的研究

摘要:以CR和苯乙烯单体为原料,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为苯乙烯的交联剂,采用分步合成法制备CR/聚苯乙烯(PS)互穿网络共混物。结果表
明,苯乙烯用量为50份、交联剂DVB用量为2.5份时,CR/PS互穿网络共混物综合物理性能较好,并出现应力屈服现象,表现出部分塑料性质;FTIR和SEM分析证明在此条件下制备的共混物形成了较完整的互穿网络结构。

Abstract:A CR/polystyrene(PS) IPN blend was prepared by stepwise synthesis based on CR and styrene monomer and using divinyl benzene(DVB) as crosslinking
agent of PS.The results showed that a CR/PS IPN blend with better comprehensive physical properties was obtained and the stress yield appeared expressing the
partly plastic nature of the blend when 50 phr PS and 2.5 phr DVB were used;and it was found by FTIR and SEM that a more complete IPN structure was formed in the
blend prepared under the above conditions.

主成分回归法在PU物理性能关系分析中的应用

主成分回归法可以较为精确地预测PU的撕裂强度以及其它物理性能,对配方的优化设计具有重要意义。

Analysis of correlation among physical properties of PU
by principle component regression

regression,which would be beneficial to optimize the formulation of PU compound.

MVQ海绵老化性能的研究

摘要:研究经过6个月常温贮存、60 ℃老化和60 ℃加载老化试验后甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)海绵性能的变化。结果表明,经过常温贮存和60
℃老化后的MVQ海绵松弛率增大,厚度、破坏应变和损耗因子(tanδ)都无明显变化,说明MVQ海绵具有较好的耐热老化性能;经过60 ℃加载老化后MVQ海绵明显变薄,破坏应变大幅度降低,松弛率有一定程度增大,tanδ略有减小,说明加载因素对MVQ海绵的性能有较大影响。

Study on aging properties of MVQ foam

Abstract:The changes of the physical properties of MVQ foam test pieces after aging for 6 monthes at room temperature,60 ℃ and 60 ℃ + loading respectively were
investigated.The results showed that the relaxtion rates of the test pieces aged at room temperature and 60 ℃ increased,but their thickness,breakdown strain and
tanδ changed little indicating that MVQ foam had better heat resistance;and the thickness and breakdown strain of the test piece aged at 60 ℃ + loading decreased
significantly,its relaxation rate increased at a certain level and its tanδ decreased a little indicating that the loading had greater effect on the properties of MVQ.
