载重子午线轮胎胎圈处裂纹扩展的有限元模拟

摘要:以ABAQUS软件建立轮胎的二维非线性有限元模型,用断裂力学的方法分析11.00R20载重子午线轮胎胎圈处的裂纹扩展方向。建模时考虑了橡胶材料的非线性和不可压缩性、裂纹受剪切作用后裂纹面的交叠以及裂纹尖端断裂奇异单元的收敛性。胎圈处裂纹开裂通过利用模型计算裂纹尖端单元的应变能密度来模拟,有限元分析得出的充气子午线轮胎胎圈处的裂纹扩展方向与实际胎圈处裂纹开裂方向吻合较好。通过抑制胎体层钢丝帘线的抽出位移来减小胎体帘布层端部橡胶变形是阻止胎圈开裂的关键。

Simulation for cracking propagation in bead of TBR with FEA

Abstract:The 2D nonline FEA model of tire was established by applying the ABAQUS software,and the orientations of crack propagation near the bead area of 1100R20 TBR were analyzed by using the fracture mechanics method.When establishing the model,the nonlinearity and noncompressibility of rubber materials,the interleaving of the cracking surfaces when cracks suffered shearing,and the convergence of the singularity elements of crack tip were all taken into consideration.The crack orientations near the bead area were analyzed with the strain energy density of the crack tip elements.The results tallied with the real crack orientations of the bead area.The key factor to prevent the crack spread was decreasing rubber deformation of the carcass ply end by controlling the “drawing out” displacement of the steel cord of the carcass
