纳米氧化锌对NR/BR胎面胶性能的影响

摘要:试验研究纳米氧化锌对不同并用比NR/BR并用胶性能的影响及其减量替代间接法氧化锌在载重轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,以纳米氧化锌等量替代间接法氧化锌用于不同并用比NR/BR并用胶中,胶料的t10和t90延长,且随着BR用量的增大,延迟时间进一步延长;硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉断强度和回弹值增大,二者300%定伸应力和拉断强度的差值随着NR/BR并用比的变化而无明显变化,回弹值的差值随着BR用量的增大而增大;抗撕裂性能和耐疲劳性能下降;以纳米氧化锌减量25%替代间接法氧化锌用于NR/BR(并用比60/40)胎面胶中,可改善胶料的加工安全性,降低生热,提高老化后性能,成品轮胎的耐久性能有所提高。

Effect of nanozinc oxide on properties of NR/BR tread

Abstract:The effect of the nanozinc oxide on the properties of NR/BR blends with different blending ratios and its application in the truck tire tread at less addition level instead of indirect process zinc oxide were experimetally investigated.The results showed that in case of nanozinc oxide at equal addition level,t10and t90of NR/BR blends with different blending ratios extended,and the delay time extended further as the BR proportion increased;the modulus at 300%,tensile strength and resilience of the vulcanizates increased,the increase ranges of the modulus at 300% and tensile strength changed little as the blending ratio of NR/BR blend changed,but the resilience increased as the BR proportion increased;and the tear strength and fatigue resistance decreased;and in case of nanozinc oxide at 25% less addition level in NR/BR (60/40) tread,the processing safety,heat buildup and aging property of blend tread improved,and the enducance of finished tire increased.

改性间苯二酚-甲醛树脂GLR-20的应用研究

摘要:试验研究改性间苯二酚甲醛树脂GLR-20替代间苯二酚对NR胶料性能的影响,并与进口产品B-20-S进行对比。结果表明,以GLR-20或B-20-S替代间苯二酚用于间-甲-白粘合体系中,通过适当增大硫黄和促进剂用量,可以改善胶料的加工安全性,提高硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和粘合性能;在相同条件下使用GLR-20或B-20-S,胶料的各项性能基本相当。

Study on application of modified phenolic resin GLR-20

Abstract:The effect of the modified phenolic resin GLR-20 replacing resorcinol on the properties of NR compound was investigated by using imported B-20-S as control.The results showed that the processing safety of NR compound improved,the tensile strength,tear strength and adhesion of vulcanizate increased by using GLR-20 or B-20-S instead of resorcinol in resorcinolformaldehydesilica adhesion system and properly increasing the addition levels of sulfur and accelerator;and the comprehensive properties of NR compound or vulcanizate with GLR-20 were similar to those with B-20-S.

3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

摘要:试验研究3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,与3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线相比,3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线单丝直径大,结构简单,渗胶性能好;以3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线用于12.00R20 18PR轮胎带束层中,不仅可以满足生产工艺要求,提高轮胎综合性能,减小轮胎质量,还可降低生产成本。

Application of 3+8×0.33HT steel cord in belt of TBR tire

Abstract:The application of 3+8×0.33HT steel cord in the belt of TBR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that 3+8×0.33HT steel cord possessed larger diameter of filament,simpler construction and better rubber penetration when compared to 3+9+15×0.22W steel cord;and the former could be used in the belt of 12.00R20 18PR tire instead of the latter to meet the requirements of processing technology,improve the comprehensive performance of tire and reduce the tire weight and production cost.

摘要:试验研究0.25+18×0.22HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,与3+9+15×0.175W和3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线相比,0.25+18×0.22HT钢丝帘线具有高强度、优良的耐屈挠和耐疲劳性能;以0.25+18×0.22HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线用于11.00R20 16PR轮胎胎体,可以提高成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能,减小轮胎质量,降低生产成本。

2220dtex/2聚酯帘布与3×0.20+6×0.35钢丝帘线在轻载子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要:介绍2220dtex/2聚酯帘布和3×0.20+6×0.35钢丝帘线分别用于轻载子午线轮胎7.00R16 12PR胎体和带束层的效果。试验结果表明,2220dtex/2聚酯帘布与3×0.20+6×0.35钢丝帘线的各项性能均能满足轻载子午线轮胎的要求,改进后轮胎耐久性和高速性能提高较大,解决了原轮胎的早期变形和胎圈裂问题。
