IIR/EPDM并用胶性能的研究

摘要:对IIR/EPDM并用胶性能进行试验研究。结果表明,在EPDM用量不超过30份时,随着EPDM用量的增大,IIR/EPDM并用胶的加工性能、焦烧时间和硫化速度变化不大;与IIR硫化胶相比,IIR/EPDM并用胶的交联密度减小,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大,撕裂强度略有提高,长期耐热老化性能相当,-10~+25 ℃时的损耗因子小于IIR硫化胶,25~200 ℃时的损耗因子大于IIR硫化胶。

Study on properties of IIR/EPDM blend

Abstract:The properties of IIR/EPDM blend were experimentally investigated.The results showed that the processibility,scorch time and curing rate changed little as the addition level of EPDM increased up to 30 phr;and when compared to IIR vulcanizate,IIR/EPDM vulcanizate possessed lower crosslink density,higher tensile strength and elongation at break,a little higher tear strength,similar thermal aging property,smaller tanδ at -10~+25 ℃ and greater tanδ at 25~200 ℃.

多功能助剂DL-268在帘布胶中的应用

摘要:考查多功能助剂DL-268用于轮胎缓冲层胶和外层帘布胶中对胶料与帘线之间粘合等性能的影响。结果表明,在硫黄硫化体系NR胶料中添加DL-268对硫化胶的综合物理性能无不良影响;随着DL-268用量的增大,胶料的ts2和t90略有延迟,胶料-帘线粘合性能得到改善,热老化后胶料-帘线粘合性能保持较佳;当DL-268用量为2份时,胶料综合性能较好。DL-268用于轮胎帘布胶中可提高成品轮胎的粘合性能,有益于克服轮胎脱层等缺陷。

Application of multifunctional agent DL-268 in carcass ply compound

Abstract:The effect of the multifunctional agent DL-268 on the adhesion between rubber compound and cord in breaker ply and carcass ply was investigated.The results showed that as the addition level of DL-268 increased up to 2 phr in sulfur cured NR compound of breaker ply and carcass ply,ts2 and t90of rubber compound delayed a little,and the adhesion between rubber and cord,especially the adhesion retension after thermal aging improved without any adverse effect on the comprehensive physical properties of vulcanizate.The adhesion of finished tire improved and the separation was eliminated by adding DL-268 in breaker ply and carcass ply compounds.

增塑剂A和莱茵塑分AP在胎面胶中的应用对比

摘要:进行增塑剂A和莱茵塑分AP的组分分析并研究其在胎面胶中的应用效果。结果表明,增塑剂A中软脂酸含量较大,莱茵塑分AP中硬脂酸和油酸含量较大;莱茵塑分AP对胶料流动性和分散性改善效果优于增塑剂A;加入增塑剂A和莱茵塑分AP的胶料焦烧时间有所延长、硫化速度减慢,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度和300%定伸应力略有提高,拉断伸长率稍有下降。

Comparison between plasticizer A and Aktiplast AP
applied in tread compound

Abstract:The composition of plasticizer A and Aktiplast AP was analyzed and their effectiveness in tread compound was investigated.The results showed that plasticizer A contained more palmicacid,and Aktiplast AP contained more stearic acid and oleic acid;in terms of improving compound flowability and dispersity,Aktiplast AP was better than plasticizer A;and the scorch time of compound extended and the curing rate decreased,and the Shore A hardness and modulus at 300% of vulcainzate increased a little,but the elongation at break somewhat decreased by adding plasticizer A or Aktiplast AP.

摘要:试验研究3×0.22/9×0.20+0.15HT钢丝帘线在全钢轻载子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以3×0.22/9×0.20+0.15HT替代3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于全钢轻载子午线轮胎胎体,可在保证轮胎各项性能的同时减小轮胎质量,降低生产成本。
