DSP和改性锦纶66帘线在子午线轮胎中的应用对比

摘要:以尺寸稳定型聚酯(DSP)和改性锦纶66帘线作为轿车和轻型载重子午线轮胎的胎体骨架材料,对比分析轮胎外缘尺寸和静负荷特性。结果表明,DSP胎体轮胎与改性锦纶66胎体轮胎相比,轮胎静态断面宽小;耐久性试验后,DSP胎体轮胎断面宽变化率小于改性锦纶66胎体轮胎;高速试验后,DSP胎体轮胎断面宽变化率大于改性锦纶66胎体轮胎;一定气压和负荷条件下,DSP胎体轮胎下沉率大,印痕面积小,接地区域单位面积平均压力大,轮胎硬度因数大。DSP胎体轮胎尺寸稳定性好,均匀性好,但操纵性和胎面耐磨性比改性锦纶66胎体轮胎稍差。

Comparison between DSP and modified nylon 66 

cords applied in radial tire

Abstract:The dimensionstable polyester (DSP) and modified nylon 66 cords were applied in the carcass ply of PCR tire and LTR tire,and the overall diameters and static loading capacities of test tires were compared.The results showed that compared to modified nylon 66 cord tire,DSP cord tire featured smaller static crosssectional width,lower change rate of crosssectional width after endurance test,higher change rate of crosssectional width after high speed test;under a certain inflation pressure and loading capacity,DSP cord tire possessed higher deflection,smaller footprint,larger even pressure intensity at groundcontact area and greater hardness factor;and DSP cord tire had better dimension stability and uniformity,but somewhat poorer handling quality and tread life.

2+7×0.34HT钢丝帘线在载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

摘要:研究2+7×0.34HT钢丝帘线在载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,与3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线相比,2+7×0.34HT钢丝帘线橡
胶渗透性能和耐疲劳性能提高,且等强度下帘线用量减小;以2+7×0.34HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线应用于10.00R20 16PR轮胎带束层中,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,同时可减小轮胎质量,降低制造成本。

Application of 2+7×0.34HT steel cord in BTR belt

Abstract:The application of 2+7×0.34HT steel cord in BTR belt was investigated.The results showed that compared to 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord,2+7×0.34HT steel cord featured improved rubber penetration and fatigue property,and less cord 
consumption in a belt with the same intensity;and the endurance of finished tire improved,and the weight and production cost of tire reduced by replacing 2+7×0.34HT steel cord for 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord in the belt of 10.00R20 16PR tire.

抗硫化返原剂DL-268在11.00-20 18PR轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用

摘要:试验研究抗硫化返原剂DL268在11.00-20 18PR轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。结果表明,使用2份抗硫化返原剂DL268,并适当减小硫化体系用量,胶料抗硫化返原性明显提高,300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和回弹值增大,压缩疲劳温升减小,耐热老化性能提高;胎肩垫胶使用抗硫化返原剂DL268的轮胎耐久性能显著提高,肩空现象减少。

Application of antirecovery agent DL268 in 

shoulder pad of11.00-20 18PR tire

Abstract:The application of the antirecovery agent DL268 in the shoulder pad of 11.00-20 18PR tire was investigated.The results showed that the antireversion of vulcanizate improved significantly,the modulus at 300%,tensile strength and resilience increased,the compression fatigue temperature rise decreased and the thermal aging property improved by using 2 phr antirecovery agent DL268;and the endurance of finished tire improved significantly and the shoulder seperation decreased.
