橡胶增强剂RI在12.00-20载重轮胎中的应用

摘要：试验研究橡胶增强剂RI-001和RI-002分别在12.00-20载重轮胎内层帘布胶和胎圈包布胶中的应用。结果表明，在内层帘布胶中加入橡胶增强剂RI-001，可缩短胶料的门尼焦烧时间，提高硫化胶的生热性能和粘合性能；在胎圈包布胶中加入橡胶增强剂RI-002，可改善炭黑的分散性，提高硫化胶的粘合性能和耐磨性。轮胎成品性能达到设计要求，还可降低胶料成本。

再生IIR在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层中的应用

摘要：研究再生IIR在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层中的应用效果。结果表明，随着再生IIR用量的增大，胶料的门尼焦烧时间逐渐缩短，物理性能变化不大；再生IIR用量不大于15份时，胶料的气密性基本不受影响，综合物理性能良好；添加再生IIR，可以改善胶料的混炼和挤出工艺性能；每添加1份再生IIR，原材料成本降低约0075元·kg-1，经济效益明显。

Application of reclaimed IIR in inner liner of BTR tire

Abstract:The application of reclaimed IIR in inner liner of BTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney scorch time of rubber compound reduced as the addition level of reclaimed IIR increased,but the physical properties changed little;the airtightness of rubber compound kept constant and the good comprehensive physical properties were obtained when the addition level of reclaimed IIR was lower than 15 phr;the processibility,such as mixing and extruding of rubber compound improved by adding reclaimed IIR;and the cost of rubber compound reduced by 0.075 yuan·kg-1 by adding every 1 phr reclaimed IIR.

超细活性高岭土在载重轮胎帘布胶中的应用

摘要：试验研究超细活性高岭土在载重轮胎帘布胶中的应用效果。结果表明，在内层和外层帘布胶中以超细活性高岭土部分替代炭黑后，胶料的t10和t90稍有延长，硫化胶的物理性能及老化后H抽出力基本相当；成品轮胎耐久性能提高，胶料成本降低。

Abstract:The application of superfine active kaolin in carcass ply compound of bias ply truck tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that the t10and t90of rubber compound extended a little by using superfine active kaolin partly instead of carbon black in inner ply and outer ply compounds,and the physical properties of vulcanizate and H pullout after aging changed little;the endurance of finished tire improved and the cost of rubber compound reduced.

抗硫化返原剂PK900在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用

摘要：试验研究抗硫化返原剂PK900在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用效果。结果表明，在胎肩垫胶中加入抗硫化返原剂PK900，可以明显提高胶料的抗硫化返原性能，改善硫化胶的动态性能，对胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能无明显影响。

Application of antirecovery agent PK900 in shoulder pad of BTR tire

Abstract:The application of antirecovery agent PK900 in shoulder pad of BTR tire was experimentaly investigated.The results showed that the dynamic properties,especially the antireversion of vulcanizate improved by adding antirecovery agent PK900 in shoulder pad without any adverse effect on curing behaviour of rubber compound and physical properties of vulcanizate.
