芳纶帘线在绿色环保轮胎中的应用

摘要：研究芳纶帘线在绿色环保轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。试验结果表明，芳纶轮胎的外缘尺寸、脱圈阻力、强度、高速性能和耐久性均达到或超过国家标准要求，且轮胎质量可减小6%~9%；与同规格正常生产轮胎相比，芳纶带束层轮胎滚动阻力下降5%~17%。

Application of aramid cord in green PCR tire

Abstract:The application of aramid cord in PCR tire was investigated.The test results showed that the overall diameter,bead unseating resistance,strength,speed performance and endurance of aramid tire met or exceeded the requirements in the national standard,and the tire weight reduced by 6%~9%;and the rolling resistance of aramidbelted tire was 5%~17% lower than that of normal production tire.

半钢雪地轮胎胎面胶配方的改进

摘要：通过减小BR用量以及改变炭黑品种和用量，改进半钢雪地轮胎胎面胶配方设计。改进后，胶料在保持良好物理性能的基础上，滞后损失增大，抗湿滑性能提高。成品轮胎试验表明，试验配方轮胎的耐久性能良好，高速和强度性能提高，冰雪路面上的制动距离缩短14%~35%。

Modification of tread formula in snow steelbelted tire

Abstract:The tread formula of snow steelbelted tire was modified by reducing the BR proportion in NR/BR blend and changing the type and addition level of carbon black.The results showed that the hysteresis of tread compound increased and the wet traction improved by the modification without any adverse effect on physical properties.The test results of finished tire showed that the endurance of test tire was similar to that of production tire,but the speed performance and strength improved,and the braking distance on ice/snow road reduced by 14%~35%.
