新型防老剂4070对NR胶料性能的影响

摘要：试验研究防老剂4070对NR胶料性能的影响，并与防老剂4020和3100进行对比。结果表明，防老剂4070/RD并用胶的硫化速度最快，硫化胶的抗屈挠裂口性能、耐热老化性能、耐疲劳性能和耐热水抽提性能最优，耐日光老化性能相当于防老剂4020/RD和3100/RD硫化胶。

Effect of new type antioxidant 4070 on

Abstract:The effect of the antioxidant 4070 on the properties of NR compound was investigated and compared to those of antioxidants 4020 and 3100.The results showed that a NR compound with the highest curing rate was obtained by using 4070/RD,its vulcanizate possessed the excellent flex cracking resistance,thermal aging property,fatigue resistance and hot water extraction resistance,and the comparable light aging property to those by using 4020/RD or 3100/RD.

NR内胎配方的优化设计

摘要：对NR内胎配方进行优化设计，通过采取调整硫化体系、增大粘合增进剂用量、严格控制生产工艺等措施，将内胎配方中SBR用量由40份增大到50份。试验表明，试验配方胶料工艺性能稳定，相应成品内胎各项性能均达到或超过国家标准要求，配方成本降低，具有显著的经济效益。

Optimization of NR inner tube formulation

Abstract:The NR inner tube formulation was optimized by modifying curing system,increasing addition level of adhesion promoter and strictly controlling manufacturing technology to increase the addition level of SBR in inner tube formula from 40 phr to 50 phr.The test results showed that the optimized compound featured stable processibility and lower cost,and the quality of finished inner tube met the requirements of relative national standard.

3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线在载重子午线轮胎胎圈包布中的应用

摘要：以3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线作载重子午线轮胎钢丝胎圈包布，在11.00R20 16PR轮胎中进行应用试验。结果表明，3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线符合使用要求；大样检验及室内胎圈耐久性试验结果表明，采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线作胎圈包布在满足轮胎性能要求的同时可降低生产成本。

1670dtex/2F105 DSP帘线在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要：介绍1670dtex/2F105 DSP帘线性能，并对其代替1400dtex/2F112锦纶帘线在轿车子线轮胎胎体中的应用进行研究。1670dtex/2F105 DSP帘线与1400dtex/2F112锦纶帘线相比具有模量高、收缩率低、尺寸稳定性好等特点，采用与1670dtex/2F105 DSP相匹配的胎体胶料可以有效改善轮胎的高速和耐久性能，同时可降低成本。
