改性间苯二酚-甲醛树脂GLR-20在半钢子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要：试验研究改性间苯二酚甲醛树脂GLR20在半钢子午线轮胎胎体帘布胶中的应用效果。结果表明，在胎体帘布胶中以GLR20等量替代间苯二酚甲醛预缩合树脂，胶料的硫化特性基本不变，硫化胶的粘合性能提高，成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。

Application of modified resorcinolformaldehyde resin GLR20 in PCR tire

Abstract:The application of a modified resorcinolformaldehyde resin GLR20 in the carcass ply compound of PCR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that when GLR20 was used in the carcass ply compound instead of precondensed resorcinolformaldehyde resin by equal weight,the curing behaviour of rubber compound changed little,the adhesion of vulcanizate improved,and the speed performance and endurance of finished tire met the requirements in the relative national standards.

3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

摘要：研究3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。试验结果表明，以3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于1000R20全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层，带束层安全倍数满足设计要求，工艺性能良好，成品轮胎的强度、耐久性能和高速性能均满足使用要求，同时可减小轮胎质量，每条轮胎可降低成本约30元。

Application of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord in belt of TBR tire

Abstract:The application of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord in the belt of TBR tire was investigated.The test results showed that when 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord was used in the belt of 10.00R20 TBR tire instead of 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord,the safty factor reached the aim of the design,the good processibility was obtained,the strength,endurance and speed performance of finished tire met the requirements in service,and in addition,the tire weight and cost reduced.

钢丝帘线刚度的探讨

摘要：探讨结构不同破断力相同（近）、结构和单丝直径相同而单丝强度等级不同、结构相同单丝直径不同以及同一结构有无外缠丝等因素对钢丝帘线刚度的影响。通过数据对比表明，同一结构钢丝帘线单丝直径不同及有无外缠丝对钢丝帘线刚度影响最大，为保证轮胎的生产和质量，必须有效控制外缠结构钢丝帘线的刚度。

Study on stiffness of steel cord

Abstract:The influences of the structure,rupture strength,filament diameter and strength,and wrap on the stiffness of steel cord were investigated.It was found through the obtained data that in case of the same structure,the filament diameter and the wrap had the most important effect on the stiffness of steel cord;and the stiffness of the steel cord with wrap must be effectively controlled to secure the normal production and good quality of tire.

3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用

摘要：在11R22.5 16PR轮胎胎体中用3+9×0.22+0.15HT代替3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线，并对钢丝帘线的加工工艺性能、轮胎成品性能及成本进行对比。胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线，通过适当增大帘布压延密度，能保证胎体安全倍数，加工工艺性能良好；成品轮胎耐久性能达到产品使用要求，且每条轮胎可降低成本706%。

1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要：试验研究1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎带束层中的应用情况。结果表明，在轿车子午线轮胎带束层中以1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线替代1×4×0.25钢丝帘线可以提高轮胎的高速性能和安全倍数，其它性能不受影响，而且有望实现轮胎的轻量化，降低成本。

Abstract:The application of 1×3×0.28HT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that the high speed performance and safety factor improved by using 1×3×0.28HT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire instead of 1×4×0.25 steel cord without any adverse effect on other properties,in addition,the weight and cost of tire could be reduced.
