高性能子午线轮胎胎面胶的开发

摘要:采用充油SBR1721和低滞后炭黑DZ13开发高性能子午线轮胎胎面胶配方,并试制185/60R14 82H轿车子午线轮胎。结果表明,试验配方胶料的基本物理性能与生产配方相差不大;损耗因子(tanδ)在40~100 ℃内较小,胶料的滚动阻力和生热降低,tanδ在-15~+15 ℃内较大,胶料的抗冰滑和抗湿滑性能优异;试验轮胎在冰滑和湿滑路面上的抓着力较大,行驶时牵引力增大,制动距离明显缩短,同时滞后损失和生热降低,即轮胎的抗滑性能、滚动阻力和耐磨性能获得很好的平衡。

Development of tread compound for performance tire

Abstract:A tread compound for performance tire was developed with oilextended SBR1721 and low hysteresis carbon black DZ13,and 185/60R14 82H PCR tire was made with the above compound in pilot production.The results showed that the basic physical properties of test compound were similar to those of existent production compound;the rolling resistance and heat buildup of test compound decreased because of smaller tanδ at 40~100 ℃,and the ice and wet traction improved significantly because of greater tanδ at -15~+15 ℃;and a performance tire with good balanced traction,rolling resistance and wear resistance was obtained with the test tread compound.

高分散无凝胶白炭黑在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究高分散无凝胶白炭黑在轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与普通沉淀法白炭黑进行对比。结果表明,高分散无凝胶白炭黑在胶料中的分散性明显好于普通白炭黑;与使用普通白炭黑的胶料相比,使用高分散无凝胶白炭黑的胶料耐磨性能明显提高,耐屈挠性能有所提高,耐热氧老化性能稍好;采用高分散无凝胶白炭黑部分替代炭黑,胶料生热和滚动阻力明显降低,耐屈挠性能明显提高,回弹值稍大,其余性能相差不大。

Application of high dispersive gelfree silica in tread compound

Abstract:The application of the high dispersive gelfree silica in the tread compound was investigated and compared to the conventional precipitated silica.The results showed that the dispersity of high dispersive gelfree silica in tread compound was much better than that of conventional silica;the abrasion resistance of high dispersive gelfree silica compound increased significantly,the flexibility improved and the heat oxidative aging property was somewhat better;and the heat buildup and rolling resistance of rubber compound decreased significantly,the flexibility improved remarkably,the elastic resilience increased a little without any adverse effect on other properties by using high dispersive gelfree silica partly instead of carbon black.

纳米氧化锌在载重轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:试验研究纳米氧化锌减量替代间接法氧化锌在载重轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,与间接法氧化锌相比,比表面积为60 m2·g-1的纳米氧化锌胶料的MH增大,ts2,t10和t90延长,硫化胶的拉伸强度和耐磨性提高;以纳米氧化锌减量50%替代间接法氧化锌用于胎面胶中,硫化胶的物理性能总体提高,成品轮胎的速度性能、耐久性能和耐磨性能有所提高。

Application of nanozinc oxide in tread of truck tire

Abstract:The application of the nanozinc oxide by less weight instead of the indirect method zinc oxide in the tread compound of truck tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed MH of nanozinc oxidecontaining compound increased,ts2 ,t10 and t90 extended,and tensile strength and abrasion resistance of vulcanizate improved when compared to indirect method zinc oxide;and the comprehensive physical properties of vulcanizate improved,and the speed performance,endurance and wear resistance of finished tire increased by using nanozinc oxide by half weight instead of indirect method zinc oxide.

隔离剂G-28对全钢子午线轮胎胎体胶性能的影响

摘要:试验研究隔离剂G28对全钢子午线轮胎胎体胶性能的影响,并与进口同类产品进行对比。结果表明,在胎体胶上粘挂隔离剂,可增大胶料的MH,加快硫化速度;提高硫化胶的粘合性能,对其它物理性能影响不大。粘挂隔离剂G28的胶料性能与粘挂进口产品的胶料基本相当。
