改性煅烧高岭土对EPDM性能的影响

摘要:采用硅烷偶联剂对煅烧高岭土进行表面改性,研究硅烷偶联剂品种和用量对煅烧高岭土填充EPDM胶料性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂对煅烧高岭土填充EPDM胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间影响不大;偶联剂A-172的改性作用较为明显,可显著提高EPDM硫化胶的撕裂强度;偶联剂A-172用量过大,对EPDM硫化胶耐溶剂性能不利。

Influence of modified calcinated kaolin on properties of EPDM

Abstract:The surface of calcinated kaolin was modified by different silane coupling agents,and the influence of the type and addition level on the properties of calcinated kaolinfilled EPDM compound was investigated.The results showed that the silane coupling agent had little effect on the scorch time and optimum curing time of calcinated kaolinfilled EPDM compound;the coupling agent A-172 had a more significant modifying effect and gave EPDM vulcanizate much higher tear strength;and the extra coupling agent A-172 would result in worse solvent resistance of EPDM vulcanizate.

正辛醇改性负载钛催化剂合成MVBR性能的研究

摘要:研究正辛醇改性负载钛催化剂合成的中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(MVBR)的各项性能,并与BR9000进行对比。结果表明,正辛醇改性负载钛催化剂中正辛醇/钛摩尔比大于20时,MVBR的加工性能明显改善,混炼胶的物理性能明显高于BR9000混炼胶;硫化胶的100%定伸应力、拉伸强度以及抗湿滑性能优于BR9000硫化胶。正辛醇/钛摩尔比为30时MVBR的综合性能较好。
