硫化胶微波脱硫过程中的非热效应

摘要:以NR胎面胶探讨硫化胶微波脱硫过程中微波的非热效应。结果表明,经过微波短时间处理的硫化胶达到溶胀平衡时的溶胀指数明显大于未经过微波处理的硫化胶;硫化胶温度较低时,交联网络遭到的破坏主要来自微波的非热效应作用;微波对硫化胶的断键作用较常规加热更为剧烈;经过微波处理的硫化胶小分子抽取物质量分数比没有经过微波处理的硫化胶小且不随微波处理时间变化;硫化胶微波脱硫制备再生胶效率较高,脱硫温度较低,对环境污染程度较小,再生胶物理性能较好。

Non-thermal efficiency of microwave during devulcanization

Abstract:The nonthermal efficiency of the microwave during the devulcanization was investigated with a NRbased tread vulcanizate.The results showed that the equilibrium swelling index of the vulcanizate treated with microwave for a short period was significantly greater than that of untreated vulcanizate;the breakdown of the crosslinking network in vulcanizate at lower temperature resulted mainly from the nonthermal efficiency of microwave;the crosslinkage breakdown of vulcanizate resulted from the microwave was much severe than that from the conventional heating;the fraction of the low molecular extractive in microwavetreated vulcanizate was smaller than that in untreated vulcanizate and changed little with the time;and the higher productivity,the lower devulcanization temperature and environment pollution,and the reclaim with better physical properties were obtained when the microwave devulcanization was used to prepare the reclaim.

PU/OMMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:采用单体插层聚合方法制备聚氨酯(PU)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,并对其结构和性能进行分析。结果表明,经双羟乙基十二烷基三甲基氯化铵改性得到的OMMT(DK2)层间距较大;DK2质量分数为0.03时,PU/OMMT纳米复合材料中OMMT剥离程度较大,PU的插层效果较好,复合材料的物理性能和热稳定性能优良。

Preparation and properties of PU/OMMT nanocomposites

Abstract:The PU/organomontmorillonite (OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by monomer intercalating polymerization,and their structures and properties were investigated.The results showed that the distance between layers of OMMT (DK2) modified by bishydroxyethyl dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was larger;and when 3% DK2 by mass was used,the OMMT in PU/OMMT nanocomposite was more completely exfoliated,the PU was more effectively intercalated into OMMT,and a nanocomposite with excellent physical properties and thermal stability was obtained.

氢氧化镁对氯化聚乙烯橡胶性能的影响

摘要:研究单独使用氢氧化镁及氢氧化镁/氯化石蜡/三氧化二锑并用阻燃体系对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)性能的影响。结果表明,单独使用氢氧化镁,随着氢氧化镁用量的增大,CM硫化胶氧指数增大,但氢氧化镁用量过大,CM硫化胶物理性能明显下降;与单独使用氢氧化镁相比,达到相同的阻燃效果时,采用氢氧化镁/氯化石蜡/三氧化二锑并用阻燃体系的CM硫化胶物理性能较好;采用配方优化设计系统确定氢氧化镁、氯化石蜡和三氧化二锑的用量分别为66.3,4.7和11.8份时,CM硫化胶的阻燃性能和物理性能较好。

Effect of magnesium hydroxide on properties of CM

Abstract:The effect of the magnesium hydroxide/chlorinated paraffin/antimony trioxide flame retardant system on the properties of CM was investigated and compared to that of the magnesium hydroxide alone.The results showed that in case of magnesium hydroxide alone,the oxidative index of CM increased as the addition level of magnesium hydroxide increased,and the physical properties of CM vulcanizate decreased significantly if the extra magnesium hydroxide was used;in case of magnesium hydroxide/chlorinated paraffin/antimony trioxide flame retardant system,the same flame retardance as that of magnesium hydroxide was obtained,but the physical properties of CM vulcanizate improved;and it was found by optimizing the formula that a CM vulcanizate with better flame retardance and physical properties was obtained when 66.3 phr magnesium hydroxide,4.7 phr chlorinated paraffin and 11.8 phr antimony trioxide were used.
