液体聚异戊二烯橡胶动态流变性能的研究

摘要:采用动态流变仪研究液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)的动态流变性能。频率扫描证明,LIR的粘度对剪切频率的敏感性很弱,只有在剪切频率较高时粘度才会发生变化;温度扫描证明,LIR的流变行为对温度非常敏感,而且在较高温度(130 ℃左右)下,LIR开始出现轻微的交联,导致粘度显著升高;Arrhenius方程可以描述LIR粘度与温度的关系,利用不同温度下的零切粘度计算得到的LIR流动活化能为39.27 kJ·mol-1。

Dynamic rheological behavior of LIR

Abstract:The dynamic rheological behavior of liquid IR (LIR) was investigated by dynamic rheometer.It was showed by shear rate scanning that the shear rate had little effect on the viscosity of LIR except for the high shear rate;it was showed by temperature scanning that the rheological behavior was very sensitive to the temperature,and LIR was slightly crosslinked at the higher temperature (above 130 ℃) to increase the viscosity remarkably;and the dependence of the LIRs viscosity on the temperature could be described by Arrhenius equation,and the flow activation energy of LIR calculated from the viscosities at the zero shear rate and different temperatures was 3927 kJ·mol-1.

OMMT/NBR纳米复合材料结构与性能的研究

摘要:采用熔体插层法制备有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/NBR纳米复合材料,并对其微观结构及性能进行研究。结果表明,采用熔体法制备的OMMT/NBR复合材料,NBR大分子链插入OMMT片层中,OMMT在NBR基体中呈纳米级分散;与未加OMMT的NBR硫化胶相比,OMMT/NBR纳米复合材料的物理性能明显改善,相同剪切变形下的OMMT/NBR纳米复合材料的储能剪切模量较大;随着OMMT用量的增大,OMMT/NBR纳米复合材料的物理性能提高。

Structure and properties of OMMT/NBR nanocomposites

Abstract:The modified organic montmorillonite (OMMT)/NBR nanocomposites were prepared by melt intercalation and the microstructure and properties of nanocomposites were investigated.The results showed that the molecular chain of NBR was intercalated into the OMMT layers in the OMMT/NBR nanocomposites prepared by melt intercalation,and OMMT was dispersed in NBR matrix on nanoscale;the physical properties of OMMT/NBR nanocomposites improved significantly and the storage modulus was higher under the same shearing deformation when compared to those of NBR vulcanizate without OMMT;and the physical properties of OMMT/NBR composites improved as the addition level of OMMT increased.

阻燃EPDM/PP TPV的研究

摘要:研究制备工艺和阻燃剂用量对EPDM/PP阻燃热塑性硫化胶(TPV)性能的影响。结果表明,采用十溴联苯醚(FR10)/三氧化二锑并用阻燃体系,阻燃剂在动态硫化前加入,EPDM/PP TPV的阻燃性能较好,但物理性能稍差,阻燃剂用量较大时,EPDM/PP TPV的阻燃性能较好,但拉伸强度减小;采用FR10/三氧化二锑/氢氧化镁并用阻燃体系,氢氧化镁在动态硫化前加入,EPDM/PP TPV的阻燃性能稍好,物理性能和挤出外观质量略差,氢氧化镁用量对EPDM/PP TPV的阻燃性能影响不大。采用FR10/三氧化二锑/氢氧化镁并用阻燃体系,氢氧化镁在动态硫化前加入,可制备低硬度阻燃低发烟EPDM/PP TPV。

Study on EPDM/PP TPV

Abstract:The effects of the preparation and the addition level of flame retarder on the properties of flame retardant EPDM/PP TPV were investigated.The results showed that an EPDM/PP TPV with better flame retardance and somewhat poorer physical properties was obtained by using the blending flame retardant system of decabromodiphenyl oxide (FR10)/antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) adding the flame retarder before dynamic vulcanization,and an EPDM/NBR TPV with better flame retardance and lower tensile strength was obtained by adding high level of flame retarder;and an EPDM/PP TPV with a little better flame retardance and somewhat poorer physical properties and extrudate appearance was obtained by using the blending flame retardant system of FR10/Sb2O3/magnesium hydroxide [Mg(OH)2] and adding Mg(OH)2 before dynamic vulcanization,and the addition level of Mg(OH)2 had little effect on the flame retardance of EPDM/NBR TPV.A flame retardant EPDM/NBR TPV with low hardness and smoke emission was obtained by using blending flame retardant system of FR10/Sb2O3/Mg(OH)2 and adding Mg(OH)2 before dynamic vulcanization.

共凝聚法PSBR改性PVC的研究

摘要:试验研究包覆剂和超细碳酸钙对粉末丁苯橡胶(PSBR)粒径分布和PSBR/PVC共混物性能的影响。结果表明,以自制的Coron树脂[苯乙烯马来酸酐(MA)共聚物,简称SMA]作包覆剂时,PSBR的粒径较小,PSBR/PVC共混物的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度较大;当超细碳酸钙/丁苯胶乳质量比为35/65时,包覆剂SMA的适宜用量为08份,MA/苯乙烯的适宜质量比为056/024;当包覆剂SMA用量为05份时,加分散剂CH1A的超细碳酸钙填充的PSBR粒径较小,对PVC的改性效果较好,超细碳酸钙的适宜用量为35~4份。
