LIR对NR/BR混炼胶加工性能的影响

摘要:采用RPA2000橡胶加工分析仪研究液体聚异戊二烯(LIR)、芳烃油和LIR/芳烃油并用体系对NR/BR混炼胶加工性能的影响。结果表明,LIR和LIR/芳烃油并用体系均能有效改善NR/BR混炼胶的加工性能,且后者的增塑效果较LIR或芳烃油单用时更为显著,其对应的混炼胶粘度较小,工艺能耗和成本较低;LIR/芳烃油并用体系对应的NR/BR硫化胶性能良好,炭黑在其中的分散性也较好。

Influence of LIR on processibility of NR/BR blend

Abstract:The influences of liquid isoprene rubber (LIR),aromatic oil and aromatic oil/LIR on the processibility of NR/BR blend were investigated by RPA2000.The results showed that both LIR and LIR/aromatic oil could improve the processibility of NR/BR blend,and the plasticizing effect of the latter was more significant than that of LIR or aromatic oil alone resulting in lower compound viscosity,energy consumption and processing cost;and the NR/BR vulcanizate with LIR/aromatic oil possessed good physical properties and better dispersion of carbon black.

反应型纳米碳酸钙补强NR的研究

摘要:采用具有反应性的改性剂,在纳米碳酸钙水悬浮液中进行改性,制备一种新型改性纳米碳酸钙(简称MCaCO3)及其与NR的复合材料,对改性前后纳米碳酸钙的结构和形态进行分析,并对NR/纳米碳酸钙复合材料的结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,与未改性纳米碳酸钙相比,改性纳米碳酸钙的透过率下降,在正己烷中的分散性明显提高;NR/MCaCO3复合材料具有良好的界面相容性和耐热分解性能、较高的交联密度以及优良的综合物理性能和耐老化性能,MCaCO3的最佳用量为8份。

Reinforcement of reactive nanocalcium carbonate to NR

Abstract:A new reactive nanocalcium carbonate (hereafter referred to MCaCO3) was prepared by modifying nanocalcium carbonate in its water suspension with a reactive modifier and a NR/MCaCO3 composite was made.The structures and morphologies of modified and unmodified nanocalcium carbonates were analyzed,and the structure and properties of NR/MCaCO3 were investigated.The results showed that the permeability of MCaCO3 decreased by modification and its dispersion in nhexane improved significantly;and NR/MCaCO3 composite possessed good interfacial compatibility and thermolysis resistance,higher crosslink density,excellent comprehensive physical properties and aging properties,and the optimum addition level of MCaCO3 was 8 phr.

炭黑补强SBR弹性模量的预测

摘要:采用Guth及改进HalpinTsai方程预测炭黑N110,N330和N550补强SBR的弹性模量,并将计算值与实测值进行对比。结果表明,选取适合的炭黑聚集体形状因数,Guth及改进HalpinTsai方程可较准确地预测炭黑用量范围较宽的SBR胶料弹性模量。
