NBR/PVC/OMMT纳米复合材料的结构与性能研究

摘要:采用乳液共沉法和直接混炼法制备NBR/PVC/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,研究纳米复合材料的硫化特性、微观结构、动态力学性能和热稳定性。结果表明,OMMT能够显著促进NBR的硫化反应,使NBR/PVC/OMMT纳米复合材料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间明显缩短;乳液共沉法和直接混炼法NBR/PVC/OMMT纳米复合材料是插层型纳米复合材料,乳液共沉法NBR/PVC/OMMT纳米复合材料中的OMMT分散更为均匀,其储能模量、玻璃化温度和热分解温度均高于NBR/PVC共混物和直接混炼法NBR/PVC/OMMT纳米复合材料,具有较好的动态力学性能和热稳定性。

Structure and properties of NBR/PVC/OMMT nanocomposites

Abstract:The NBR/PVC/organomontmorillonite(OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by emulsion coprecipitation technique and direct mixing technique respectively.The curing characteristics,microstructure,dynamic properties and thermal stability of the obtained nanocomposites were investigated.The results showed that ts and t90 of NBR/PVC/OMMT nanocomposites reduced significantly as OMMT could accelerate the curing rate of NBR remarkably;the NBR/PVC/OMMT nanocomposites prepared by both emulsion coprecipitation technique and direct mixing technique were intercalation type nanocomposites;and the NBR/PVC/OMMT nanocomposites prepared by emulsion coprecipitation technique featured more uniform dispersion of OMMT and higher storage modulus,Tg and pyrolytic temperature as well as better dynamic properties and thermal stability when compared to that prepared by direct mixing technique.

ZDMA/NR复合材料的性能研究

摘要:以甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)为补强剂,研究硫化剂DCP用量、ZDMA用量和硫化时间对ZDMA/NR复合材料物理性能的影响。结果表明,在硫化剂DCP存在的情况下,ZDMA对NR具有明显的补强作用,ZDMA/NR复合材料的物理性能和耐热空气老化性能明显改善;当ZDMA和硫化剂DCP的用量分别为15和1.5份、硫化时间为1.5t90时,ZDMA/NR复合材料具有较好的综合物理性能。

Properties of ZDMA/NR composite

Abstract:The effects of the addition levels of curing agent DCP and zinc methylacrylate(ZDMA) and the curing time on the physical properties of ZDMA/NBR composite were investigated.The results showed that ZDMA had greater reinforcing effect on NR,and the physical properties and thermal aging property of ZDMA/NR composite improved significantly by using DCP as curing agent;and a ZDMA/NR composite with better comprehensive physical properties was obtained by using 15 phr ZDMA,1.5 phr DCP and prolonging curing time to 1.5t90.

分数导数型粘弹性阻尼器的动力学有限元方程及数值解

摘要:采用分数导数Kelvin固体模型建立粘弹性阻尼器在外力作用下的分数阶动力学有限元方程,并利用Newmark数值积分法得到数值解。结果表明,Zhang and Shimizu分数导数数值积分法能够很好地满足精度、收敛性和稳定性等要求,通过减小时间步长能够有效减小因引入Newmark而导致的周期误差,从而提高计算精度。

Dynamic FE equation and its numerical solution of
fractional derivative viscoelastic damper

Abstract:A dynamic FE equation of the viscoelastic damper under applied stress was built based on fractional derivative Kelvin solid model,and the numerical solution was obtained by Newmark numerical integration method.The results showed that ZHANG and Shimizus fractional derivative numerical integration method met the requirements for accuracy,convergence and constance,and decreased the periodic error from the introduction of Newmark by reducing the time interval resulting in more accuracy of calculation.

帘线/橡胶复合材料帘线抽出力学行为的有限元模拟

摘要:采用有限元方法对帘线/橡胶复合材料的帘线抽出力学行为进行模拟。结果表明,帘线H抽出力的有限元方法计算结果与试验结果有较好的一致性;帘线的H抽出力和轴向应力均随基体半径和帘线埋入深度的增大而增大,基体半径和帘线埋入深度越小,抽出力学行为变化幅度越增大;埋入深度的影响大于基体半径;界面剪切应力在帘线埋入上、下端点处有突变现象。
