PVC/TPU/NBR三元共混物的制备及性能研究

摘要:对PVC/热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/SR三元共混物的性能进行研究,重点讨论NBR品种、TPU/NBR并用比、PVC聚合度、增塑剂DOP和硫化剂DCP用量对PVC/TPU/NBR三元共混物性能的影响。结果表明,PVC/TPU/NBR3604三元共混物的物理性能较优;PVC/TPU/NBR3604三元共混物的拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形均随着PVC聚合度的增大基本呈上升趋势;随着增塑剂DOP用量的增大,共混物的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断永久变形均基本呈下降趋势,拉断伸长率增大;随着硫化剂DCP用量的增大,共混物的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化不大,撕裂强度基本呈逐渐减小的趋势。不同PVC/TPU/SR三元共混物的扫描电子显微镜照片表明,NBR与PVC和TPU的相容性较好。

Preparation and properties of PVC/TPU/NBR blends

Abstract:The influences of the type of NBR,the blending ratio of TPU/NBR,the polymerization degree of PVC,and addition levels of DOP and DCP on the properties of PVC/TPU/NBR blends were investigated.The results showed that the PVC/TPU/NBR3604 blend possessed better physical properties;the elongation at break and tensile set at break of PVC/TPU/NBR3604 blend increased as the polymerization degree of PVC went up;the Shore A hardness,tensile strength,tear strength and tensile set at break decreased,but the elongation at break of the blend increased as the addition level of DOP increased;and the tensile strength and elongation at break of the blend changed little,but the tear strength decreased as the addition level of DCP increased.It was showed by the SEM photos of different PVC/TPU/SR blends that NBR was more compatible with PVC and TPU.

PU/OMMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:采用一步法和预聚体法制备聚氨酯(PU)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,研究分散方式对OMMT层间距以及复合材料制备方法和OMMT用量对纳米复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,采用高速剪切分散法和超声波分散法均可使聚四氢呋喃醚二醇分子链进入OMMT片层间,增大其层间距;预聚体法PU/OMMT纳米复合材料拉伸性能优于一步法复合材料;与PU弹性体相比,当OMMT用量为0.5份时,一步法复合材料的强度和韧性均提高,牌号为DK1N的OMMT用量为7份时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高54%,拉断伸长率提高19.4%,增幅最大。

Preparation and properties of PU/OMMT nanocomposites

Abstract:The PU/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by onestep method and prepolymer method 
respectively.The influences of the dispersing method of OMMT in polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMG),the addition level of OMMT and the preparing method of composite on the physical properties of nanocomposite were investigated.The results showed that both the high speed shearing dispersing method and the ultrosonic dispersing method could be used to intercalate the molecular chain of PTMG into the gallery between OMMT layers;the tensile strength of PU/OMMT nanocomposite prepared by prepolymer method was higher than that by onestep method;the strength and toughness of PU/OMMT nanocomposite prepared by onestep method increased by using 05 phr OMMT;and the tensile strength and the elongation at break of nanocomposite increased by 54% and 19.4% respectively by using 7 phr DK1N OMMT compared to those of PU.

原位聚合丙烯酸酯橡胶/氟橡胶并用胶性能研究

摘要:在氟橡胶(FKM)的丙酮溶液中,采用原位聚合法制备丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),研究原位聚合ACM/FKM并用胶的性能。结果表明,原位聚合ACM/FKM并用胶中,ACM与FKM相容性较好;与ACM相比,ACM/FKM并用胶的物理性能和热稳定性明显提高。

Properties of insitu polymerized ACM/FKM blend

Abstract:An ACM elastomer was prepared by insitu polymerization in acetone solution of FKM and the properties of the 
obtained ACM/FKM blend were investigated.The results showed that ACM was more compatible to FKM in ACM/FKM blend;and the 
physical properties and thermal stability of ACM/FKM blend improved significantly when compared to ACM elastomer.

碳酸钙与NR的相互作用研究

摘要:试验研究普通和纳米碳酸钙与NR的相互作用。结果表明,碳酸钙与NR之间无共价作用,且对硫化体系与NR的共价作用产生屏蔽效应;碳酸钙与NR之间产生的氢键作用和酸碱配位作用及碳酸钙对NR的补强作用均与碳酸钙的比表面积和吸油值呈正相关。
