PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:将插层纳米复合技术与互穿网络共混技术相结合,通过同步插层聚合法制备PU/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐)[P(MMA-co-MAH)]/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料。试验结果表明,PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT纳米复合材料为剥离/插层型纳米复合材料,各项物理性能较优;其优化制备条件是:过氧化苯甲酰、二甲基丙烯酸乙二酯、OMMT和MAH在单体中的质量分数分别为0.008,0.02,0.05和0.05;PU/PMMA共混比为60/40;亚甲基双邻氯苯胺因数为0.8。

Preparation and properties of PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT nanocomposite

Abstract:A PU/polymethylmethacrylatemaleic anhydride [P(MMA-co-MAH)]/organomontmorillonite(OMMT) nano-composite was prepared by simultaneously intercalating and polymerizing method based on nano-intercalating technique combined with IPN method.The test results showed that the comprehensive physical properties of PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT were better because it was an exfoliated/intercalated nanocomposite;and its optimized preparing conditions were as follows:the mass contents of BPO,EGDMA,OMMT and MAH were 0.008,0.02,0.05 and 0.05 in monomers respectively;the blending ratio of PU/PMMA was 60/40;and the MOCA coefficient was 0.8.

硫化时间对硬质SBR结构与性能的影响

摘要:研究硫化时间对硬质SBR结构与性能的影响。结果表明,在硫化反应前期,硬质SBR胶料中交联结构起主导作用;在硫化反应中后期,胶料中交联结构减少,极性的硫环分子对橡胶改性起主导作用,从而形成具有塑料性质的硬质SBR;随着硫化时间的延长,硬质SBR的硬度、拉伸强度及弹性模量增大,玻璃化温度显著提高。

Influence of curing time on structure and properties of SBR ebonite

Abstract:The influence of the curing time on the structure and properties of SBR ebonite was investigated.The results showed that the crosslink structure in SBR ebonite compound was predominant at the early stage of vulcanization;the crosslink structure reduced,and the modification of rubber by polar sulfur ring was predominant resulting in plasticslike SBR ebonite at the middle and final stages of vulcanization;and as the curing time extended,the hardness,tensile strength and elastic modulus of SBR ebonite increased and its Tg rose significantly.

浇注型PU的动态力学性能研究

摘要:试验研究浇注型PU的动态力学性能。结果表明,对于聚四氢呋喃醚二醇为预聚体体系,与采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯的PU相比,采用对苯二异氰酸酯的PU储能模量较大,损耗因子较小,适用于高动态载荷的场合;异氰酸酯和扩链剂相同时,与采用聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(相对分子质量为2 000)的PU相比,采用聚己内酯二醇(相对分子质量为2 000)的PU在0 ℃以下时储能模量较大,0 ℃以上时储能模量较小,损耗模量和损耗因子稍大。

Dynamic mechanical properties of cast PU

Abstract:The dynamic mechanical properties of cast PU were experimentally investigated.The results showed that based on prepolymer system of PTMG,the PU prepared with PPDI possessed higher storage modulus and lower tanδ and was more applicable for the service under high dynamic load when compared to those with MDI or TDI respectively;and the PU based on prepolymer system of CAPA possessed higher storage modulus at temperature below 0 ℃,but lower storage modulus at temperature above 0 ℃,and somewhat higher loss modulus and tanδ when compared to that based on prepolymer system of PTMG.
