炭黑分散度独立成分提取Fisher判别的研究

摘要:探讨炭黑分散度独立成分提取Fisher判别的模型建立并设计其应用软件系统。建模过程包括图像采集、图像处理、特征指标体系设立、独立成分提取、模型建立与分析。该判别法适用于硫化胶和混炼胶炭黑分散度的识别,识别准确率较高(约90%)。应用软件系统操作方便。

Abstract:A model for the independent component extractionbased Fisher discrimination of carbon black dispersity has been established and its applied software system has been designed.The model establishing process includes image aquisition,image processing,setup of characteristic index system,independent component extraction,and model establishment and analysis.The discrimination is applicable for determination of carbon black dispersity in rubber mix or vulcanizate with a higher accuracy(about 90%).The software system is easy to operate.

CR/CIIR并用胶的性能研究

摘要:试验研究CR/CIIR并用胶的性能。结果表明,采用氧化锌/硫黄硫化体系的CR/CIIR并用胶共硫化性较好;当CR/CIIR并用比为80/20、补强剂为炭黑N550(用量40份)、增塑剂为固体古马隆树脂(用量10份)时,并用胶的综合物理性能较好。

Properties of CR/CIIR blends

Abstract:The properties of CR/CIIR blends were experimentally investigated.The results showed that the CR/CIIR blend with better covulcanization was obtained by using ZnO/sulfur curing system;and a CR/CIIR blend with better comprehensive physical properties was obtained when CR/CIIR with 80/20 blending ratio,40 phr carbon black N550 and 10 phr cumar resin were used.

煅烧高岭土对EPDM性能的影响

摘要:研究煅烧高岭土对EPDM性能的影响。结果表明,煅烧高岭土对EPDM胶料的硫化有延迟作用,但并不显著;煅烧高岭土对EPDM有一定的补强作用,随着煅烧高岭土用量的增大,EPDM硫化胶邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力、拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形增大,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小;适量的煅烧高岭土可改善EPDM硫化胶的耐溶剂性能。
