粘土/炭黑/NR纳米复合材料的性能研究

摘要:在乳液插层法制备的粘土/NR纳米复合材料中加入炭黑,制得粘土/炭黑/NR纳米复合材料,并对其微观结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,炭黑的加入并没有影响粘土在NR基体中的分散状态,粘土和炭黑在NR基体中均达到纳米级分散;炭黑的加入削弱了粘土所形成填料网络的强度,从而改善了复合材料的加工性能;与粘土/NR纳米复合材料相比,粘土/炭黑/NR纳米复合材料的综合物理性能较好。

Properties of clay/carbon black/NR composite

Abstract:A clay/carbon black/NR nanocomposite was obtained by adding carbon black on tworoll mill into clay/NR nanocomposite which was prepared with emulsion intercalating method,and its microstructure and properties were investigated by XRD and TEM.The results showed that the addition of carbon black had no effect on the dispersion of clay in NR matrix,and both fillers were dispersed in NR matrix on nanoscale;the addition of carbon black decreased the intensity of filler network formed by clay to improve the processibility of composite;and the comprehensive physical properties of clay/carbon black/NR nanocomposite were better than those of clay/NR nanocomposite.

原位生成ZDMA补强HNBR性能的研究

摘要:对氧化锌和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)发生中和反应原位生成甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)补强氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)进行研究。结果表明,原位生成ZDMA对HNBR具有良好的补强作用;硫化剂DCP用量和ZDMA生成量增大,硫化胶的总交联密度和离子键交联密度均增大;氧化锌/MAA摩尔比为0.8、ZDMA理论生成量为30份、硫化剂DCP用量为4份时,硫化胶的综合物理性能较好。

Reinforcement of HNBR by in situ prepared ZDMA

Abstract:The reinforcement of HNBR by in situ prepared ZDMA through neutral reaction of ZnO with MAA was investigated.The results showed that the in situ prepared ZDMA gave good reinforcement on NBR;both total crosslink density and ionic bond crosslink density of vulcanizate increased as the addition level of DCP and the yield of ZDMA increased;and a vulcanizate with better comprehensive physical properties was obtained when 30 phr ZDMA with 4∶5 ZnO/MAA and 4 phr DCP were used.

炭黑补强NR硫化胶疲劳破坏特性的研究

摘要:用断裂力学方法研究炭黑N110,N220和N330补强NR硫化胶的疲劳破坏特性。结果表明,随着疲劳时间的延长,3种炭黑补强硫化胶的拉断形变能密度均减小,且炭黑粒径越小,硫化胶的拉断形变能密度降幅越大;炭黑粒径越小的硫化胶内部潜在缺陷越小,但抗裂纹扩展性能越差,疲劳寿命越短;3种炭黑补强硫化胶的疲劳寿命方程均能较准确地预测其疲劳寿命。

Fatigue failure behavior of blackreinforced NR vulcanizates

Abstract:The fatigue failure behavior of the NR vulcanizates reinforced by black N110,N220 and N330 respectively was investigated by rupture mechanics method.The results showed that the energy densities at tensile rupture of all three blackreinforced vulcanizates decreased as the fatigue test extended,and the smaller the particle size,the greater the tensile rupture energy density decreased,the less the defects inside vulcanizate,but the poor the cracking propagation resistance and the shorter the fatigue life;and the equations of fatigue lives for three blackreinforced NR vulcanizates could be used to predict their fatigue lives correctly.

旋转圆盘表面对流换热实验研究

摘要:运用萘升华技术和热质比拟原理,把轮胎的滚动简化为一无限大空间旋转的圆盘模型,实验研究无限大空间旋转圆盘表面对流换热特性。对转速在300~1 100 r·min-1圆盘表面的对流换热系数进行测量,发现旋转圆盘表面对流换热系数随转速呈近似线性增大。对试验结果做无因次化处理,得到准则参数的半经验关系式。
