低噪声轮胎花纹的周期性和节距排列辨识

摘要:研究轮胎花纹的周期性和节距排列辨识方法。首先通过计算机扫描将轮胎花纹图案处理成[01]矩阵A,然后对矩阵A进行压缩计算,用以辨识轮胎花纹的周期性和花纹节距排列规律,为低噪声轮胎设计提供参考和分析工具。

Identification for periodicity and pitch order of low noise tread patterns

Abstract:The identification for the periodicity and pitch order of low noise tread patterns was investigated.The tread patterns were processed by scanning with a computer to form [01] matrix A,which was compressed and calculated to identify the periodicity and pitch order law of tread patterns and provide the reference and analysing means in designing low noise tire.

钢丝加强层帘线角度对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈性能的影响

摘要:利用Marc有限元分析软件,建立轮胎轴对称模型,研究钢丝加强层帘线角度对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈性能的影响。结果表明,钢丝加强层帘线角度在0~24°之间,反包端点的最大等效应力和应变能密度呈缓慢上升趋势;24°时达到峰值,然后开始下降;在30~40°之间,反包端点的最大等效应力和应变能密度下降较快。采用40°帘线角度可显著降低胎体反包端点的等效应力和应变能密度。

Effect of enhancing steel cord angle on
properties of TBR tire bead

Abstract:The effect of the enhancing steel cord angle on the properties of TBR tire bead was investigated by establishing an axiallysymmetric model of tire with Marc FEA software.The results showed that the maximum equivalent stress and strain energy density at the turnup end tended to rise slowly when the angle of enhancing steel cord was 0~24°,reached the peak when that angle increased to 24°,then started to go down,and went down faster when that angle was 30~40°;and the equivalent stress and strain energy density at the turnup end decreased significantly by using 40° cord angle.

大型低断面无内胎农业轮胎的设计

摘要:介绍21L-24 12PR,19.5L-24 12PR和17.5L-24 10PR大型低断面无内胎农业轮胎的设计。针对轮胎负荷不高但对牵引、自洁和抗刺扎性能要求较高的特点,胎面采用R4型低饱和度花纹;采用胎圈保护设计加强下胎侧;硫化采用罐式胶囊硫化工艺。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸符合TRA标准要求,物理性能符合国家标准要求。
