基于免疫遗传算法的低噪声轮胎花纹结构参数优化

摘要:在遗传算法的基础上引入免疫概念,提出免疫遗传算法,并进行轮胎花纹结构参数优化。免疫遗传算法有效克服了遗传算法易退化、早熟、速度慢和解单样性等缺陷,加强了轮胎花纹低噪声优化过程中的收敛性和优化适应性,提高了优化速度和可信度,并能使解多样性,扩大了设计选择空间。

Optimization of structural parameters of tread patterns based on
immune genetic algorithm

Abstract:The immune concept was introduced based on the genetic algorithm to propose an immune genetic algorithm,by which the structural parameters of tread patterns were optimized.The defects,such as susceptive degeneration,premature,low speed and monosolution of genetic algorithm,were eliminated by using immune genetic algorithm,at the same time,the convergence during the optimization of tread patterns- noise and the adaptability of optimization improved,the speed and confidence of optimization increased,and the multi-solutions were obtained to provide more choices in design.

385/65R22.5轮胎轮廓优化有限元分析

摘要:利用有限元分析方法对385/65R22.5轮胎进行轮廓优化设计。增大轮胎行驶面和带束层宽度及胎肩内轮廓的曲率半径,可有效降低带束层端部的应力集中程度,同时明显改善轮胎的接地形状和接地压力分布。成品试验证明,优化设计轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能明显提高。

Optimization of 385/65R22.5 tire profile by FEA

Abstract:The 385/65R22.5 tire profile was optimized by FEA.The stress concentration at belt ends of optimized tire was effectively lowered,and the shape of groundcontact area and the pressure distribution in groundcontact area improved significantly by increasing the widths of running face and belt.It was confirmed by the test of finished tire that the endurance and speed performance of optimized tire improved significantly.

16.9-28 12PR草地牵引车轮胎的设计

摘要:介绍16.9-28 12PR无内胎草地牵引车轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径为1 382.5 mm,轮胎断面宽为407 mm,行驶面宽度为382 mm,胎圈着合直径为712.5 mm,花纹深度为21 mm;施工设计:采用缠绕胎面,胎体帘布采用4层2100dtex/2V1锦纶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶帘布,成型机头为Φ840 mm半芯轮式,硫化采用立式硫化罐。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸符合TRA标准要求,物理性能达到国家标准要求。

优化胎面设计提高载重斜交轮胎性能

摘要:通过设计异形胎侧,适当增大胎肩胶与胎侧胶复合部位的胎侧胶厚度,使胎肩胶体积减小,并辅以降低胎面挤出速度、改变冠部胎面胶和胎肩胶的供胶比例等工艺措施,既有效解决了12.00-20 18PR载重轮胎使用中肩部花纹掉块和冠空问题,又降低了生产成本。
