载重斜交轮胎胎面胶配方的改进

摘要：对载重斜交轮胎胎面胶配方进行改进。通过减小NR用量，增大BR9000用量，以白炭黑部分替代炭黑，可改善炭黑的分散性，提高胶料的耐压缩疲劳性能和耐磨性能，有利于消除胎面胶在实际使用中出现的崩花、掉块现象，降低滚动阻力和生热，提高成品轮胎的速度性能和耐久性。

Modification of bias truck tire tread formula

Abstract:The tread formula of bias truck tire was modified.The dispersity of carbon black and the compression fatigue
property and wear resistance of rubber compound improved by decreasing NR proportion,increasing BR proportion,and partly
replacing carbon black with silica resulting in improved chipping and chunking resistance,lower rolling resistance and heat
buildup,and higher speed performance and endurance.

子午线轮胎硫化外喷涂剂

摘要：试验研究子午线轮胎硫化外喷涂剂的使用效果。结果表明，质量优良的外喷涂剂的特点为：①不影响轮胎外观；②不污染模型或污染性很小；③与胶料有很好的相容性；④静置24 h或搅拌后没有分层现象；⑤暂时停机时不堵塞喷嘴；⑥不污染环境。经实际使用，OLY20外喷涂剂质量较好，可有效解决轮胎缺胶问题。

优化内衬层配方解决载重斜交轮胎胎里露线问题

摘要：通过增大NR/SBR并用比、减小再生胶和填充剂用量优化载重斜交轮胎内衬层配方，提高胶料的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度；胎体第1帘布层挂胶由2次减为1次，并增大内衬层的厚度，既有效解决了成品轮胎胎里露线问题，又降低了生产成本。

Eliminating exposed cord in cavity of bias truck tire by
optimizing inner liner formula

Abstract: The inner liner formula of bias truck tire was optimized by increasing the NR proportion in NR/SBRblend and
decreasing the addition levels of reclaimed rubber and filler to improve the modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear
strength of vulcanizate;and the exposed cord in the cavity of finished tire was eliminated and the production cost reduced by
coating the 1# cord ply one time rather than two times and increasing the gauge of inner
liner.

纳米氧化锌在斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要：试验考察用纳米氧化锌等量或减量替代普通氧化锌在轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明，纳米氧化锌可延长胶料的焦烧时间，提高硫化胶的拉伸性能和耐磨性能，硫化胶的耐老化性能也较好；减量替代比等量替代的效果更佳。轮胎成品试验表明胎面胶的耐磨性能改善。

Application of nanozinc oxide in bias tire tread

Abstract:The application of nanozinc oxide in bias tire tread was investigated instead of conventional zinc oxide by equal
weight or less weight.The test results showed that the scorch time of rubber compound extended by adding nanozinc oxide,and
the tensile strenght,abrasion resistance and aging property of its vulcanizate improved;and the effect of replacement by less
weight was better than that of replacement by equal weight .It was found through the test of finished tire that the wear
resistance improved.

国产丁苯吡胶乳在锦纶66浸胶帘布生产中的应用

摘要：研究国产丁苯吡胶乳（VPL）在锦纶66浸胶帘布生产中的应用效果。结果表明，使用国产VPL生产的锦纶66浸胶帘布物理性能符合国家标准要求，帘布存放1年以上附胶量基本不变，H抽出力略有下降，与法国进口胶乳质量水平相当；使用国产VPL生产的轮胎耐久性符合国家标准要求，同时可降低生产成本。
